The Magic of Friendship?
“Alright, class dismissed.” Miss. Nekonome said as an hour past. “Remember, no changing into your monster forms on school grounds!”
Twilight sighed closing her notebook, getting up. This school's customs are so strange... And I'm pretty sure that the clothes they think humans wear these days are outdated.
But as she was about to leave, Kurumu cut her off. “Hold on a second.” Kurumu said crossing her arms. “What gives you the right to get close to my Tsukune?”
“I was only sitting next to him.” Twilight said trying to move past her, until Kurumu got in front of her again.
“I know what you’re trying to pull, don’t think I don’t because I do!” Kurumu exclaimed. “You’re trying to get with him and keep him for yourself! Well it won’t work!”
“What? I’m not trying to get with Tsukune, we’re just friends. In fact we agreed to meet outside since we both have a free period.”
“I didn’t agree to anything!” Kurumu exclaimed. But without warning Kurumu is surrounded by a purple aura and is floating in the air. “Hey! What the!?” Twilight just walks past her. “Put me down!” The aura suddenly disappears and Kurumu drops like a rock. “Ow!!” Twilight then started running toward the outside. “Get back here!!” Kurumu exclaimed chasing after her.
“Leave me alone!!” Twilight exclaimed running as fast as she could. “I only want to be friends with him, that’s all!”
“Bullshit!!” Kurumu exclaimed.
“Someone help me!!” Twilight shouted running out the toward the direction where Tsukune is. “Oh thank Celestia… Tsukune!” Twilight exclaimed running to him.
“Huh??” Tsukune said looking. “What the!?!”
“She has the wrong idea of what’s going on!!!” Twilight exclaimed running closer to Tsukune. But when she got close to him, she tripped over and fell on top of him. “Oohh…” Twilight groaned. She looked down and was shocked at who she was on top of. “Oh my gosh, Tsukune, I’m so sorry!” She said quickly getting off of him.
“Why… you…!!!” Kurumu exclaimed as she turned into her succubus form. “Little bitch!!!”
“YOU’VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!” Twilight exclaimed.
“Kurumu, stop!!” Tsukune exclaimed getting in front of Twilight. “We’re just friends alright!?”
Kurumu growled and went back into her human form. “Alright… but I’ve got my eye on you…”
Twilight sighed. “This is certainly an interesting school…”
“What did you expect?” Kurumu asked.
“Well… I didn’t know it was a school for monsters…”
“Wait… are you telling me that you’re a full human too?”
“No I’m not a--... wait there’s a full human here?”
“Yup!” Kurumu exclaimed. “Tsukune Aono! My boyfriend!” she exclaimed pulling Tsukune into a full embrace. Twilight was so focused on Kurumu and Tsukune, she hadn’t noticed the girl with long pink hair and a rosary on her breast.
“Kurumu!!” Moka exclaimed. “For once, can me and Tsukune be alone??”
“Why should I let him get close to you!?” Kurumu exclaimed but she was soon frozen along with Moka.
“What the!?!?” Twilight exclaimed
A girl with purple hair slowly walked up to Twilight with a look of curiosity. “I recommend that you stay away from my fiance…”
Why me…? Tsukune thought to himself, and although he wasn’t aware of it, Twilight thought the same thing. “Mizore, please, we only agreed to be just friends.”
“I saw you two touching hands in class…”
“That’s how people are supposed to greet!”
“You know what?? Forget this!” Twilight exclaimed. “I’m sorry Tsukune but this is too crazy for me!” She just ran away toward the courtyard. This is absolutely ridiculous! A bunch of monster girls fighting over a human boy!? What kind of school is this and who would allow something like that!? Twilight sighed as she stopped in the courtyard. To her surprise she managed to find Ruby again. It looked like she was speaking with a younger girl.
“But Ruby, what if Tsukune never likes me…?” Yukari asked.
Oh dear Celestia, not another one…
“You’ll just have to show him how much you love him.” Ruby answered.
“How? I already tried by getting bigger boobs, but even then he didn’t notice me!”
Wait a minute, she tried WHAT now!? Twilight walked up to the two of them and cleared her throat. “Hello you two.”
“Oh Twilight!” Ruby exclaimed. “How was your first class?”
“Strange…” Twilight replied. “Anyway, who’s this?” she asked referring to Yukari.
“Oh, this is Yukari Sendo. She’s a witch like me.”
“Hey aren’t you the new girl in Miss. Nekonome’s class?” Yukari asked. Twilight nodded. “And you’re the one who held Tsukune’s hand…?”
Oh please don’t go where I think this is going… Twilight thinks to herself. “Look, I only like him as a friend. I’m not here in this school to find a boyfriend, I’m here to learn.”
“How do I know you’re not lying!?”
“Agh…! Forget it! I’m not getting into another argument like this!” She was about to walk away again, but just as she was…
“And where do you think you’re going?” A boy asked with a mischievous smirk on his face.
“Somewhere to be alone…” Twilight said in an annoyed tone. “Now please move…”
“School rules… you gotta show me your monster form before I let you pass.”
“That isn’t a rule…” Twilight gasped as she was picked up by the collar of her shirt. “H-hey! let go of me!!”
“Twilight!” Ruby exclaimed running up to them. “Hey, let go of the poor girl!” She exclaimed at the boy.
“Piss off, bitch.” the boy replied and looked back at Twilight. “So tell me, what kind of monster form are you hiding?”
“Please! I’m not trying to hide anything! Let go!” Twilight flailed and struggled until she was smacked hard by the boy. “Aahh!!”
“Show me your true form!”
“I can’t…! It’s against school rules!”
“Hey! Stop that you big jerk!” Yukari exclaimed about to wave her wand.
“Oh no you don’t!” the boy grabbed the wand with his other hand and snapped it in two. He suddenly began to change into his form: an orc. Twilight just screamed at the top of her lungs until the orc covered her mouth. “Still won’t show your true form!?”
“Leave her alone!” Tsukune exclaimed running up to them.
“Oh, you again.” the orc mused. “Get lost kid!” She turned back to Twilight again. “This is your last chance, babe… I think you should take it!”
“If I change, you’re going to be sorry!” Twilight exclaimed.
“Oh I’m shaking…” The orc chuckled. “Go ahead! I dare you!”
“Fine, but you asked for it!” Twilight exclaimed as there was a bright glow emanating from Twilight. It was so blinding that the orc dropped her.
Just as Twilight was changing, the other girls came in as well. “Tsukune what’s happening!?” Moka exclaimed.
“It’s Twilight… she’s showing her true form.” Tsukune responded.
The light soon grew dim revealing Twilight’s true form: and winged unicorn, also known as an alicorn.
“You’re kidding right??” The orc just burst out laughing. “You’re just a pony! You expect me to be afraid of--...” he was interrupted as he was soon lifted into the air by a magic aura. “Hey, what in the!?”
“I am not just some pony! I am a princess!!” Twilight exclaimed. “And I think it’s about time you learned your place!” She sent the orc flying through the school building. Twilight was just panting for a moment but then sighed changing back into her human form. She looked back at everyone else who just looked at Twilight in shock. “I’m sorry that I had to do that…”
“That was amazing!!” Yukari was the first to speak out.
“Huh?”
“I always read about alicorns, but I didn’t know they could use magic like that!” Ruby said with a bright smile.
“That was… incredible.” Tsukune let out.
“Yeah it was…” Moka agreed, but obviously still in shock.
“Well this is a change…” Kurumu started. “I thought it was mostly Moka who took out the bad guy after every episode.”
"Wait, after every what?" Twilight asked.
“That was so great!” Yukari exclaimed ignoring Twilight's question.
“Wait a second, I thought you were all mad at me because you thought I was trying to get with Tsukune.” Twilight said in confusion.
“Well, if you’re really not trying to, then we shouldn’t have a problem with you.” Kurumu said. “But I’m still going to keep an eye on you.”
“I have an idea,” Tsukune started. “Why don’t you join the newspaper club with us?”
“Newspaper club?” Twilight asked.
“Yeah, that way we can all get to know eachother better.” Tsukune smiled.
Twilight didn’t say anything for a moment. She looked at the four girls and Tsukune unsure if she should really join this club or not. If I do join this club, what if I get distracted from my studies…? Still… having friends in Equestria is what really helped before. Maybe making friends here will do the same. Twilight smiled and nodded. “Alright, I’ll join.”
Everyone cheered at her answer… mostly the girls. But little did they know, someone else was watching from a distance. The being chuckled. “This time sis, that rosary is coming off for good!” the young girl exclaimed.
“Did any of you hear that?” Twilight asked looking toward the direction of the bush.
“I heard it too.” Kurumu answered.
“Got you!!” Koko exclaimed jumping toward Moka holding a giant hammer… only to be stopped by Twilight’s magic freezing her completely. “Hey…! Why can’t I move!?”
“Do you know her…?” Twilight asked looking at Moka.
“Well… she’s actually my sister.” Moka answered. “Don’t worry, she does this a lot.”
“Should I unfreeze her then?”
“Actually, I would keep her like that…” Kurumu said.
“Kurumu!” Moka exclaimed at Kurumu and turned back to Twilight. “No, you can let her go.”
“If you say so…” Twilight said unfreezing Koko, letting her fall to the ground. Koko just ran off without another word.
“Ok… now that that’s over with,” Kurumu started. “How’s about we get to know Twilight more?... Who seems like she’s the only girl out of the five of us not trying to be with Tsukune.”
“Let me get this straight.” Twilight said looking at Tsukune. “You’re dating four girls at once??”
“What?? No! I’m only dating one girl!” Tsukune objected.
“Yeah! Me!” Kurumu exclaimed.
“What are you talking about!? Tsukune is my boyfriend!” Yukari exclaimed.
“You’re both wrong… Tsukune is with me.” Mizore said. “And Today after school, we’re going to do something special to prove it.”
“You are not going to have babies with him, Mizore!” Moka exclaimed.
“Yeah! If anyone is, it’s going to be me!” Kurumu exclaimed.
“No you’re--...”
“QUIET!!” Twilight exclaimed. “Listen to all of you! Only one girl can be with Tsukune alright!? And whoever that girl is, the others have to accept that!”
“That’s not fair!” Kurumu shouted. “Because all Tsukune wants to be with is Moka!”
“Then maybe Tsukune should just be with Moka and you have to accept that!” Twilight exclaimed. “You’re all acting ridiculous and it’s sickening!”
“You seriously want Tsukune to be with a vampire!? So she can suck his blood whenever she wants!?”
Twilight paused and looked at Moka. “You… really do that?”
“Not all the time, I promise!” Moka exclaimed. “It’s… in a way, how we met.”
“Kurumu… you said he was human, right?” She nodded and Twilight paused again and looked back at Moka. “Why do you like him the way you do? Is it just for blood or something else?”
“Well… Tsukune was the first human to accept me as a friend.” Moka started. “Up until junior high, I attended a human school. But the other humans there didn’t see me as a friend… I felt lonely. That’s why I decided to switch to Yokai Academy. And on my first day I bumped into Tsukune.”
“And… how exactly did you two meet?” Twilight asked.
“Well it’s a little embarrassing but… I accidentally hit him with my bike.”
Twilight paused again lost in thought… but after a minute she spoke out. “I honestly think that Tsukune and Moka have a better chance of being together.”
“What!?” Kurumu exclaimed.
“Hey! You need to accept that!” Twilight exclaimed turning to Kurumu. “For goodness sake, have some sense! If you keep trying to get with Tsukune, a boy who’s already with someone, don’t you think you’re just stressing him out!?”
Kurumu stopped for a moment. “I hadn’t really thought about that…” she admitted.
“And that goes the same for all of you!” Twilight turned to the rest of the girls. “Tsukune is not some object you can fight over, he’s a living person! You need to accept the fact that he’s with Moka and move on!”
“I guess you’re right…” Yukari sighed.
“No… she’s not right.” Mizore said. “She’s only trying to make getting to Tsukune easier for herself!” she exclaimed as her hands turned into sharp ice. “And I’m not going to let that happen!”

You have quite a bad case of OOC with Twilight and a lot of the other characters.
When you write something, try to read it in the voice of the character. If you can do that successfully, then it means that it is in character, at least somewhat. This, however, is not very much in character I'm afraid.

There are two problems I found with this chapter. 1. None of the girls would out right reveal that Tsukune is human. 2. the reason leading to reveal Twilight's true form is weak. If anything the guy should be trying to hit on her leading to an confrontation were Twilight decides to forgo the rules to help her new found friends or wait a couple of chapter before actually revealing that she is a pony. It would be fun for them to think she was a witch.
besides that the story is decent though I will need to remind myself that this is the anime and not the manga.

You should definitely read the manga. The character personalities and most of the beginning setup is the same as the anime, but aside from that it's like a whole different series. Unlike the anime, the manga actually has a story instead of just being an endless parade of pointless panty-shots. I kept up from the manga as it was being released for quite a while back when it first started, and when the anime came out I watched it, looking forward to seeing a good show.
I was sorely disappointed.
Usually anime adaptations of manga are pretty good (up until the anime catches up with the manga, at least. Then it usually jumps a whole ocean full of sharks), but this is one of the rare exceptions where the anime is really bad compared to the manga.
You do know that twilight can use fire to right she demonstrated this when whe lite a candal also if she use her telicanesis strong. Enofe she can crush them and she has teleportatan and she can prolly do more.
Twilight's going to be in for a world is problems at Youkai, especially with jealous girls. And I know she'll be in for even more stress when she meets Gin.

Crap. I read some of this and had an idea rush of a monster I could create... Almost ranted about it. If the author wishes use of this idea, I request that you PM me. For those that don't know what that means, it means private message. (I only mention the meaning cuz I didn't know for a long time.)
This was good. I'm actually writing my own Rosario + Vampire fimfic at the moment, but it's the opposite to this story where the characters from this show end up in Equestria. I'm waiting for the head of the group to create a folder for this anime before submitting it. I already sent him(her?) a PM so it should be up soon. Of course, I already know that it won't get as many views as this. My stories never do. I hope that you'll enjoy it when it's up... that is, if you even want to read it.

if this story is from Rosario Vampire season 2, then Tsukune isn't exactly human anymore for he got turned into a ghoul and now in the more recent part of the manga he changed from a ghoul to a Shinso Vampire and if I remember Yukari doesn't want Tsukune for herself but is trying to get Moka and Tsukune together so she can join in on the fun. Though if Tsukune is the ghoul then I guess he does still consider himself as a human, you just need to be sure he has the holy lock on his wrist. But anyway I'm sorry about that for I don't mean to sound like an ass after all it's your story so you can go however you like and whatever you choose I'll still continue to read it.
