This is written in first person, whereas everything else is third person. I recommend changing it.
Also, it's not that bad. There are a few things such as the names and characterization. For example, I think you should use "Aono Tsukune" instead of "Tsukune Aono." This takes place in Japan, after all, and you should stick to the customs there as much as possible. Though, I would suggest not using the "san" "kun" "chan" etc. It might just get a bit annoying for the reader.

You know, Twi being the sole sane member of Tsukune's circle of friends could lead the other girls to get some dang sense. At the very least she's not the love at first sight type of girl, and you could always slide in a mention of herds nad have the girls come to the obvious realization that all this direct competition isn't helping anybody. Really most harem anime are based upon nobody in area having any sense.
This is definitely my new favorite crossover. The only problem I have with it is the fact that you started using I instead of twilight at one point. Other than that, I look extremely forward to your future updates!

You have quite a bad case of OOC with Twilight and a lot of the other characters.
When you write something, try to read it in the voice of the character. If you can do that successfully, then it means that it is in character, at least somewhat. This, however, is not very much in character I'm afraid.
