Applejack has a chance encounter with a dapper businesspony who wants to make a few changes to the Sweet Apple Acres business plan. In the ensuing changes, friendships are challenged, a family is transformed overnight, and the once-quiet orchard becomes an apex of employ. Will Applejack be able to weather this storm, or will she be swept up in the rush of wealth?

When Rarity finds herself in a concrete room, strapped and chained to a wooden bench with nopony else other than the Apple family, she is shocked by their strange behavior. Especially that of young Applebloom, showing signs of bloodlust and hunger.
She only finds out her purpose and the Apples' origin after the full moon shines through a hidden window...

Big Macintosh has been married to the farm his whole life, so it stands to reasoning that he never had time to spare for a mare. But when Applebuck Season arrives and Applejack's friends can't help, the Apple family is faced with a dilemma of deeper concerns. However, when Applejack recruits a few hired hands the answer to both problems appears.

Sweetie Belle’s world is unraveling. Day by day, the walls close in her sister, once her greatest role model, has become cruel and violent behind closed doors. Her closest friends are growing distant, unsure how to help, and school has become a daily nightmare, with Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon never letting up. The little filly is isolated, scared, and emotionally exhausted.

One night, during yet another brutal encounter with Rarity, something inside Sweetie Belle breaks. In a moment of terror and desperation, she retaliates resulting in a shattered lamp, a wounded sister, and a choice that will change her life forever. Overwhelmed by fear and confusion, Sweetie Belle runs away from home, with no clear destination only a desperate hope that the grass is truly greener on the other side.

Ultra's life is great. He is living with his sister who he loves dearly, he has lots of great friends, and he is the very successful owner of Ultra's Video Arcade. But he can't help but think something is missing. It isn't until fate brings him close with a certain unicorn that he notices what it is: love.

Having a best friend is a wonderful thing, especially when you're a little filly. But little fillies tend to fight over the silliest things, and headstrong fillies grow up to be proud ponies who refuse to let their pasts go. Take Rarity and Applejack for example...

Overall I'm not incredibly pleased with this fic. I tried not to project my usual writing style on this since it was my first fanfiction in a long time but I've come to regret it. Regardless, it is the only piece of MLP fic that I have finished so far so why not? Maybe I will re-write and expand the ending one day since it's a bit rushed, but probably not. Got bigger 'n' better ideas for future fics.

Apple bloom heard a legend at school. Of course she didn't believe it at first, but when one of her friends got killed the way the legend said, Apple bloom starts to wonder if the legend is true or false. Now Apple bloom is on a quest to find out who killed her best friend.

So entrenched is the miser McIntosh McCrooge in his mire of avarice. Could the chance of hope and joy procured by the Ghost of Derpy Hooves bring about his appreciation in the celebration of a Merry Hearth's Warming?
