Intolerance is usually born of ignorance. Thankfully most are willing to at least hear the argument out. But, you always get some of the most dangerous types, the willfully ignorant.
I would like to think that, while any of the main characters in the show could originally show ignorance, they would be willing to hear out somepony on the topic.
I think this would be something more likely to happen to either Diamond Tiara or Silver Spoon. Those two place more emphasis on appearances and fitting in than they do on the importance of self discovery and and actualization.
Still, acceptance is an important message, thumbs up.
