This is the sequel to my 'I am Octavia'. (P.S. You do not need to read it to read this story, but it's recommended.)

After 'I am Octavia', Octavia finally caved in. Not everyone can lose their best friend turned life partner, and not everyone can stand up from it. She leaves Vinyl after a devastating phone call, and she regrets it, but will she be in time to reconcile with her love?

Octavia, "Call me 8-B3AT", Melody runs the sound-desk; every night hundreds of expectant ponies lend her their ears and every night she delivers, her masterful hooves spinning complex electronic beats on the mixing boards of La Maison Nuit: Canterlot's most popular, and most exclusive, nightclub.
But tonight there's an extra pony in the club, a friend of the owner, apparently, but acting far from ecstatic. One morose mare taking in nothing more than scotch and soda is not something Octavia is ready to tolerate.

Between sets it's time to lift the shades, drop the hood and party down.
Nopony's going to be unhappy on her watch, and she took lessons from the Party Pony herself.
Oh yes.

CyanAeolin (on deviantart) is responsible for the wonderful cover art which was the inspiration to write this thing in the first place. And I must agree with him: Octavia is best pony.

A trip to a pub, some drinks later, and an open time slot leaves two mares stunned and awestruck.

Manehattan is an old city. There aren't many surprises or mysteries left in it, except for what mysteries the ponies that live there make.

But sometimes, mysteries have a way of making themselves. When one of their own stumbles across such a mystery, the Elements of Harmony need to decide what to do about it...

*EDIT* Hello, ponies! This was originally going to be a one-shot wonder, but I enjoyed writing it, so there you are. And although it says 'completed', that's only really because each chapter can be read alone. I'll probs always be adding more chapters!

The Doctor, a Time Pony, leaves his home-world, Gallopfrey, because, quote, "It's really quite rubbish." He finds a world called Equestria, which is more than a bit strange. For one thing, it's a geocentric system rather than a heliocentric one. He decides to investigate, but finds his query cut short by a visit from some old foes, the Cyberponies. Joined by the wall-eyed Derpy, the psychedelic songstress Vinyl and the refined Octavia, the Doctor must find a way to save his new friends and all of Equestria.

As a result of the events of the Grand Galloping Gala, Octavia has been left stressed. As a result her professor has sent her to study from a former student of his.

This has been made all the more difficult thanks to Octavia's old problem returning, and the secret motive her new mentor is trying to conceal.
