1) Every living thing that sets foot in Equestria gets magic if it doesn't have it already.
2) There are three pounds of bacteria living on and in the human body.

Everything goes exactly as expected when two alien cultures meet.

Big Macintosh...a simple pony managing a fairly simple family business. But when this order of business brought him to the dunes of Saddle Arabia, where the laws of the land are utterly foreign to him, he is tossed into something bigger than himself. As things gets from bad to worse, who could he turn to in this most chaotic of times to both save his hide and also Saddle Arabia?

Lightning Dust suffers a life changing eye injury during a solo attempt to perform a Sonic Rainboom, leaving her unable to see straight. One kind gray mare hopes to help her overcome this new impairment and get back on track.

There's hardly anything that one can say when one loses somepony close to them, a special pony that captured a key place in one's heart. There's hardly anything that one can even think, trying to clear one's mind and get just a little bit of solace. Sunbury Sparkle, a cousin of Princess Sparkle, has suffered through a lot of problems. Therapy with Nurse Redheart has helped a lot, though.

One fateful afternoon, she tries to break through in a major way with him. Sunbury, already going through the anniversary of a suicide attempt the previous month, feels at least willing to listen. He just has to let himself think things through.

This is a sequel to my previous fanfic When You Fall, I Can't Catch You. Both stories are partly personal memoirs and feature references to the Cyndi Lauper song "Time After Time". The artwork comes from Wikimedia Commons, a great media source. Thanks very much for reading.

SAPIENT HORSES EMERGING ACROSS THE NATION
That is the common headline that most news stations and papers have these days. It started off small, with only two, then it grew with each passing day with no signs of slowing down. It was like a fanfiction come to life, something that seemed too surreal to be true, but yet was happening right before our eyes.

... Well, most people's eyes, because I was always cooped up in my room playing games. I tended to keep out of current events, usually paying no mind to them while I played stuff like Dark Souls. I would just wait it out until this blew over, as I was sure that everything would be back to normal.

I couldn't have been more wrong about that, as one morning, after having a Skyrim binge, I had the shock of my life when I discovered I was now inhabiting the body of Equestria's Queen of Electronica, Vinyl Scratch. Now, driven by nothing but sheer curiosity, I, Gage LeBoeuf, who was once a normal gamer from Louisiana, must now travel to New York to find answers and possibly a cure to my strange condition.

I mean, it's just a simple road trip; what could possibly go wrong? Turns out, almost everything.
