This isn't where I belong. I left all this behind years ago, moved on with my life. But a mare from my past brought me back, and now she won't let me go. So I'm stuck here, trying to make the best of it with ponies that don't understand me, don't even like me. But when something moves in the darkness, and when things go wrong in the cold, dead night, they'll turn to me to try to set things right.

Why? Because once a police pony, always a police pony.

Wow, Fluttershy sure looks rough. Like, really rough. She says that she's just been up late since she joined a band. At least, that's what she's told her friends. Twilight suspects otherwise. After all, Fluttershy's much too gentle and shy a pony to have joined a band. Clearly something else is up.

Everypony tells Twilight she's worrying over nothing. That is, until Fluttershy is seen in the company of strange ponies. And going around town in a cloak. And showing up at strange places!

Fluttershy? Is everything okay?

Spike decides to create a love potion to try and win over Rarity, but this decision soons come to haunt him when he accidentally gives it to Twilight. Creepy stalking ensues.

The last time the Cutie Mark Crusaders worked on the school newspaper, they used gossip, rumors and innuendo to drive circulation through the roof. Their brief rise and rapid fall taught them a valuable lesson about truth and honesty in reporting. Apologies were made, hugs were exchanged, and everypony lived happily ever after.

For about three weeks, anyway. Now the Crusaders are back in the newspaper business, and it won't be lies that set the town on fire.

This story is a sequel to Undead Robot Bug Crusaders

Apple Bloom is an undead ghoul, but that's OK. She's finally come to terms with her condition, and is determined to rise above her curse.

Sweetie Belle is a robot, but that's OK. With manual in hoof, she's prepared to learn everything she can about herself, and whatever the future holds.

Scootaloo is a changeling, but that's OK. Changelings are citizens now, and she's ready to do her part to show the world changelings can be friendly too.

Together, the three of them are getting by, one day at a time. They may never get their cutie marks, but that's not going to stop them from having fun, finding their talents, and maybe even going a week without causing massive amounts of property damage. Maybe.

Meanwhile, Babs Seed is still blissfully unaware of the unusual destiny that awaits her, Diamond Tiara is slowly finding her place in the world, and Ponyville is still the weirdest town in Equestria. But then again, what else is new?

This story is a sequel to My Little Changeling: Friendship is Weird

After the most important changeling artifact, the Evershifting Stone, is stolen by ponies, one changeling is blamed and exiled. How can he earn back his place in the hive? Find the thief and bring back the Stone.

He tracks the thieves all the way to Canterlot, which has changed a surprising amount in the past year and a half. Can he really find a thief among the confusing mess that is pony life and changeling integration?
