It has been a month since Corvus attacked Ponyville. So far the Tyrant Sun Corona has been silent giving the town some peace and quiet for once. Not that it gives Trixie and the other Galaxy Rangers any peace with the press and fans constantly bothering them ever since their secret identities got revealed.

Even worse is that members of the Night Court have started making moves against the Rangers. Archduke Fisher, Viceroy Night Light, and Duke Greengrass are determined to bring them down and replace them with new Rangers they have created, the Planet Rangers. The Rangers are framed for crimes they didn't commit and now are on the run from the police. Cornered on every side, the Rangers find help from an unexpected source.

Being a father is one of the most, if not THE most, hardest things you will have to do and one question my friends sometimes ask me is this; 'Is it worth it?'

This story is based on my current experiences as a father and I wanted to express them by using Night Light as medium.

What if the torturous, but victorious feeling of discrimination could segregate even the most joyous of families?
Starry Night was born on a cold day in the middle of winter. She seemed to be perfect! Beautiful, wavy mane, beautiful blue eyes, the sweetest smile. Twilight's family is put between a rock and a hard place as they discover that their newest family member is not a unicorn, but an earth pony. A simple earth pony in the family of gifted unicorns would not do! With that, they decided to drop Starry Night on the steps of an orphanage, and never speak her name once more. Bur soon, Starry Night learns about the power of friendship as her sister does, and she soon realizes that friendship, is more important than your past.

After a startling message from Princess Celestia, Twilight rushes to Canterlot General in search of her grandpa. He has some things to say to her before he goes.

Luna watched the knife as it spun in the air. It would be so easy to knock it away. But she couldn't. Not when four horns pointed at her, waiting for her answer.

Twilight Velvet tells her daughter about a past that she hadn’t hidden but never had brought up before.

The things about her mother, Twilight never expected. Including who she is really married to and how her father fits into this. Since everypony is coming clean about themselves, Twilight introduces her marefriend of 3 years… Applejack.

The Sex and Gore labels are for mild implied sex and brief gore.
