With books in her eyes, a chipper unicorn comes to the big city of earth ponies, certain that they would be more open to the idea of a grand library than the superstitious unicorns she was leaving behind. She would maybe awaken ancient spirits, or just bring to Manehattan the joy of a good book.

Wheatley, a core from Aperture Science never thought that he would ever see the Earth up close after being banished, doomed to float around the moon forever. That was however until magic got involved and a special unicorn pulled him down to earth. Well, not exactly Earth, but it's a new home at least.

In the aftermath of a concert gone royally wrong, Pipp Petals must make her daring escape from the castle alone before she can be arrested along with her mother. When she stumbles across the crown jewel of her kingdom, the smallest princess decides to live up to her duty and protect the family heirloom from any would-be thieves.

All are questions that are waiting to be answered within.

With aid from her newly-acquired friends, Misty learns how to appreciate the traditions of Winter Wishday: food, drinks, holiday merriment, and an old waltz and accompanying dance from ancient pony history. Well, Misty is actually new to that last part.
