[A different type of Displaced Story]

Samuel Southwest, age 16, high school student, and his parents have mysteriously went missing recently. Before his next of kin could be reached for temporary custody, a "Merchant" as he calls himself left him a box with a "D-Watch" inside it as Sam's only clue to find his parents. But once he put it on, he was warped to another world that seems to have dangers and adventures around every corner, all having potential leads to the whereabouts of his disappeared family.

Not only that, but he has to do it all under the noses of the entire populace of this new world AND go back to school as well.

Cyber Sam's odyssey of mystery begins.

Will he find his parents? And what is the reason for all of this?

So there I was, minding my own business and helping my buddy out as a beta tester for one of his coding projects, when all of a sudden—

Surprise!

I got turned into the character I'd been making. More importantly, I got teleported to the middle of nowhere. It sucks that I've been placed in this kind of dangerous situation with nothing but the clothes on my back, but at least I have some superpowers to help me survive.

(Takes place at the start of season 2 and of course is a displaced story.)

Okay so I guess I'm supposed to talk a bit about myself? Actually, don't even bother answering I know what this is so allow me to properly introduce myself.

I am Sōsuke Aizen but I guess you all can have the honor by hearing my true name, Xavier Hendrix. Although I shall rarely allow others to use it in front of me unless you are close. What you see before you is the product of displacement and I'm grateful for this opportunity... I was a simple man going to a comic-con dressed as my favorite villain from Bleach, Sōsuke Aizen equipped with the legendary Zanpakutō, Kyōka Suigetsu. And you know what? Everything in my outfit was complete, there was nothing missing. Yet I saw a mysterious vendor selling the inexplicable Hōgyoku and I knew I had to have it. You all know the rest though, I got displaced, created a tiny bit of chaos, for the greater good I might add, and got imprisoned. But enough of that now, because as the grand finale you will all receive the blessing to know that the very moment you stepped foot across this title, you were already under my illusion, Kyōka Suigetsu crumble!

Zack was once a normal boy, who loved going to conventions with his friend Milo. One day while in their hotel room, Zack received the Majora's mask. Gaining nature magic and fighting the curse of the mask, he made friend with Luna. However when darkness takes her away, Zack was lost into the darkness. Can he come back?

After waking up in Equestria, Arrow finds himself no longer a human but a rowlet. He doesn’t remember much of his human life, but he came up with the alias ‘Arrow’ after recalling rowlet’s evolutionary line ends with a decidueye, which is an archer of sorts. Arrow quickly finds out that he had somehow injured himself, so he goes off looking for help.

Nearby, a recently reformed Luna walks the garden near midnight as she stumbles across the injured owl. She takes him in and nurses him back to health before adopting him as her pet. Unbeknownst to her, Arrow is far more intelligent that her sister’s Phoenix.

Theodore Goobins was, by all accounts, a loser. Stayed cooped up in his house 24/7, rarely showered, had no social life, and was a total hermit. Terrified of social interaction, and the blood on his hands.

Though, he had one escape from his life of loathing and melancholic solitude. League of Legends. A game that he thoroughly enjoyed playing, but was only somewhat good at. But that didn't bother him much. He still had fun.

This was pretty much his life, until one fateful day he wins a special giveaway he didn't remember entering, earning him a flight out to an upcoming gaming convention!

It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and he had to take it. Social anxiety be damned. When he arrived, he soon found himself face to face with a rather eccentric cosplayer who donned the visage of the Merchant from resident evil 4, and knew more about Theodore than he liked.

Little did Theodore know, that this meeting would change the course of his life forever.

It was just suppose to be a fun day at a convention, dress up like Ocelot, buy some merch, get some lunch, mingle around and all that jazz, but everything changed when I bought a pair of revolvers from the merchant from Re4, don't know how he snuck them but I bought them, now I found myself stuck in Equestria, playing spy games. Something big is going on here, I don't know what it is but I have to play my role here. I have to lie, kill, cheat and manipulate my way to the trough this world, even if I have to betray others trust, I will get to the bottom of this. An ocelot never lets his prey escape.

Contains: Strong Language, Violence, Lying, Death, Nanomachines, Guns, Blood and lots of revolver spinning.

This is pretty much my first time writing and posting my fanfics here on the site, so any kind of criticism helps a long way so I can improve as a writer.

Let's start at the beginning, shall we? You may have heard rumors about at certain conventions, a creepy guy known as the Merchant usually has stuff you'd find useful for your cosplay. Those who bought his wares suddenly disappear and are never seen again, right? Well, I didn't believe it at all. Going to my first con, I decided to cosplay as my favorite Mega Level Digimon: Gallantmon. You know what I feel about that rumor now? I regret not realizing that some rumors have truth in them.
Now I'm stuck in an anthro world of ponies, but that's not the worst.
I'm stuck in said world as Guilmon. Does anyone have any spare peanut butter and bread?

A Smaug displaced fic. How will the ponies react when a true fire breather comes knocking? Probably lots of screaming. Definitely screaming. Will this beast reign destruction, or shall he become the world’s new savior. Or is this a prelude to things to come?

Fair warning to all you hardcore Lotr fans, I’ve only seen the movies and briefly skimmed through the books. (And fan wikis/videos) So my knowledge on the lore is a bit limited. Sorry if that’s an inconvenience. Also my first attempt at a semi-serious fic. Please no hate, but fair criticism is welcome. Don’t expect frequent updates.

I should have known something was up when I found an old Halloween costume in my closet from when I was six. I really should have known something was wrong when the costume actually fit.

A Tale of the Displaced

April 8: Sorry all. Accidentally hit the Publish button on latest chapter before I was ready. Carry on.

April 9: Okay, the chapter Friendship Report is up for real now.

There are and will be crossover chapters with other Displaced authors and characters. Those chapters are meant to be fun, but I understand that some people do not like such crossovers. That is fine. The main story stands on its own: you can skip the crossover chapters without having to worry about missing anything important. Though I hope you will at least give those chapters a chance.

But please, do not comment solely to say how you dislike Displaced crossover chapters. It is not conducive, and it just spams the comments section with negativity. By all means, criticize my work, tell me what isn't working or what you think I could be done better, but please don't insult me by deriding my choices for my story. Any such comments made from here on out may be judged as spam and deleted.
