Pinkie Pie hears voices that tell the story of life as it happens. She learns the secrets of these voices, and takes control of this story. Hilarity ensues.

Warning: The context of this story may be difficult to read and comprehend, as it is very confusing and makes little sense. Although, when Pinkie Pie is involved, usually nothing ever does.

There is a secret in the Sparkle house, a tale of a monster that comes but once every winter. IT lies within the top floor of the house and within the room of the daughter of the house. This monster lives to eat and will stop at nothing to take its food from its chosen victims. Tonight, it is out, and tonight it has chosen its meal. BEWARE!

It's Twilight's birthday! Pinkie gives Twilight a book on how to be Pinkie. At first dubious, Twilight becomes fascinated by the view into Pinkie's mind.

Two different narratives exist in this story - "Pink Personal Hell", an odd couple comedy where Pinkie Pie appears to be living in another world, and "Altering Fate", a slice of life story detailing a new Unicorn being shown his place in Ponyville.

A mixture inspired by Haruki Murakami from his work "Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World", the narratives eventually become one.

Rumble loves listening to Thunderlane's bed-time tales every night. Tales of adventure, oftentimes centered on the fictional knight 'Rumble the Valiant.' What Rumble doesn't know, however, is that Thunderlane tells him these stories in order to protect his innocence. But what happens when the lines between reality and fantasy start to blur; when real life starts to impact the nightly stories, and the stories start to impact real life?
