Twilight is known for many things: being the shrunken student of Princess Celestia, an adventurer, powerful magic user, avid learner and reader, and more. But one thing she's never been is a prankster. When she learns about the holiday known as "April Foals Day" she decides to take part in the holiday and prank her closest friends and family for a few good laughs.

This story is a gift to my friend CommanderX5, the writer of Celestia's Tiny Student. Note that this is in canon with his story and takes place after Twilight's duel with Celestia, but before she meets the Wonderbolts.

Twilight Sparkle gathers her friends after receiving a rather distressing letter from her mentor, Princess Celestia. She's not happy about the contents, at all.

It seems her friends all went on some magical adventure without her. And now they're all in a lot of trouble.

Sunset Shimmer has been distant lately, spending time with Starlight Glimmer. Twilight doesn't know how to feel, except jealous. When she gets a call from Sunset asking her to come over, she doesn't know how to feel, except hopeful.

What she discovers is something altogether unexpected.

After Starlight hypnotized her friends, Twilight goes out of her way to teach them how to control their own minds before someone else does.

It doesn't go too well.

A filly Twilight Sparkle forgot to bring a book to read on the train, and now faces a horribly boring afternoon...

Or, she does until she notices another filly reading. Surely she can sneak a peek, right?

Twilight's twenty-first birthday is coming up and the girls celebrate in Canterlot's vibrant bars and clubs, Luna is invited too, although she is not entirely familiar with such activities. Alcohol fuelled adventures abound!

Princess Twilight Sparkle discovers a fact about alicorn reproduction she never expected.
