When she first heard those words, Diamond Tiara was excited. A rich and powerful business pony said one day she could be just like her. What was not to like?

Then it all came crashing down as the insidious Checker Monarch's web of deception was pulled away, revealing a sociopathic monster willing to torment her own family if it got her what she wanted.

Not only did Diamond Tiara see a pony she admired fall from grace, she witnessed something far worse. Her potential future self. The monster she could be if nothing changed.

Can Diamond Tiara change the winds of fate and alter her future? Or will the nightmare the monstrous Checker Monarch unleashed be repeated?

A direct sequel to Trixie's Getting Back On Your Hooves, taking place next in line chronologically.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders are now in high school, and while they've already found their special talents, they are still being tormented by Diamond Tiara, as well as Silver Spoon. After Sweetie Belle notices Silver Spoon's behaviour when Diamond Tiara isn't around, the white mare wants to befriend the bully, much to the disapproval of her friends.

Silver Spoon, on the other hand, solely believes that nopony would befriend another pony without an ulterior motive, making it hard for Sweetie Belle's plans to work.

Fluttershy is unable to make it to her job foalsitting Diamond Tiara when Angel contracts the flu, and asks Discord to take her place while she takes care of him. And when the God of Chaos and a complete spoiled brat of a filly are under the same roof, the two are bound to get into quite a few...disagreements.

In an attempt to end the constant war between the Cutie Mark Crusaders and their biggest enemies, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, or at the very least tone it down a bit, Cheerilee decides to put the five of them together in the same group for the upcoming camping trip. What's the worst that could possibly happen?

Sweetie Belle and Silver Spoon shipping inside. Thou hath been warned...eth.

This fic was originally inspired by Your Antagonist's 'The Serenade of Silver Belles', which you should all go and read.

Was originally going to be just a SilverBelle fic, but decided to expand it to also include background stories for Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon.

After a falling out with Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon is befriended by Sweetie Belle. However as time goes by, the silver-maned filly quickly learns that she has slightly-more-than-platonic feelings for her new friend, and that some ponies aren't above petty revenge. Can Silver Spoon's new found feelings survive public humiliation, petty grudges, and potential rejection?

Diamond Tiara's problems run deep, and her pride runs deeper. When Diamond Tiara's 'perfect' life is torn out from under her, the last pony you would imagine comes to the rescue. However, when things get complicated by strange new feelings, other pony's foredeemed ideals, and family troubles on both sides of the fence, the two fillies struggle to understand what they mean to each other while their worlds fall apart around them.
