Sweetie Belle attempts to deal with the realization that she's developed a crush on Spike. Meanwhile, Spike's own feelings are in flux.

Poor Spike, all he wanted to do is spend time near the pony he adores. Now, because of one little lie, he's in real trouble. A geography bee, a macabre doppelgänger, and an icebox all play their part as Spike and Rarity once again find themselves on pins and needles...

Sweetie Belle has developed a bit of a crush. But to her, its too weird and trying to deal with it confuses her. One day, Rarity comes with news though that will force her to come to terms with it and try to sort it out or lose him.

So this turned out to be way more popular then I thought. Originally it was going to be one part that got turned in for hearts and hooves day contest over at EQD. Them being the guys they are did not accept it. That being said, at over 500 views this is my most popular story so far. And alot of folks have asked me to expand it. So Thats what I plan to do. I hope you guys enjoy it.

Spike is going to get a kiss from Rarity this year, he just knows it – and the mistletoe he just put over the front door is going to help him do just that. But when Twilight lets Rarity into the castle in his place, Rarity believes that Twilight is trying to get a kiss from one of her friends. Too bad Twilight has no idea what Rarity is talking about.

And when Spike answers the door after Sweetie Belle shows up to join her big sister for the Hearth Warming party, he finds his trap backfiring as he gets a kiss from the wrong unicorn.

Now Rarity is pestering Twilight about her love life and Spike can’t get away from the Cutie Mark Crusaders.

Spike has been in love with Rarity since they first met, so when a young filly reveals her feelings for him at the worst possible time, he ends up caught in the middle of a feud that is liable to tear a family apart. If only he could understand his own heart.

Everypony knows what Spike feels for Rarity. Except for the latter of course. Due to some misunderstanding, Rarity innocently forces Spike to spend an evening with Sweetie Belle... Awkwardness ensues.

Sweetie Belle knows it, Rarity knows it, everyone knows it except for Spike. He's being used. Rarity is constantly seducing him into doing hard work, and Sweetie Belle is tired of it. She decides that the only way to save him is to admit the feelings she has for him. But is Rarity really treating him the way Sweetie thinks she is?
