Pinkie Pie was in the middle of making a batch of cupcakes, and she was just about to crack an egg when Mrs. Cake dropped not only a pie tin onto the floor but an F bomb as well. Pinkie Pie realized that there are a lot of ponies swearing out there and that it's her civic duty to stop them.

After releasing Snowdrop's first snowflake into the first winter's snow, Luna reminisces about the last time she saw Snowdrop before becoming Nightmare Moon. After going to bed and commencing her dreamwalking for the night, she runs into said friend in her own dreams.

Sometimes, the meaning of a cutie mark isn't obvious. What does a bunch of stars have to do with being great at magic, after all?

For the most part, Twilight Sparkle never paid much mind to this question. A lot of cutie marks are abstract, after all. But while browsing the Star Swirl the Bearded wing of the Canterlot Archives, she finds an old book with a cover that matches her cutie mark perfectly.

Inside that dusty old tome, Twilight finds the secrets of a bygone age, answers to questions she never would have asked, and a terrifying vision of what could have happened to her.

Pinkie Pie has mystified Discord for a long time. How is it that she can regularly break the laws of physics, be everywhere at once, and never run out of energy? In many ways, she reminds him of his own abilities. That gets him thinking about things, and a lightbulb goes off in his head.

This brainstorming gives Discord a rather interesting theory, one he's eager to find out if it's correct. If so, it would delight him to no end. Of course, he has to put his theory to the test, in the way only a draconequus can.

It might be a good idea to pray for Pinkie's safety right about now.

Set a few years after Magic is Friendship has ended, Pinkie Pie is living her life in Ponyville much as she always has. She helps take care of the Cake twins, she plans parties, and she spreads joy to everypony she comes across. When Cheese Sandwich returns to Ponyville to ask her a very special question, it throws her whole world for a whirl, and these star-crossed ponies will have to figure out how they can be together even when they have to stay apart.

We all have bad dreams. They can be unsettling. Thankfully when Twilight has a very specific recurring bad dream, she has her Royal Adviser and good friend Spike to remind her that her dream isn't real and will never be real. Ever.

Hope everyone's coping with the post-finale blues well enough. We'll get through this, I promise.

Edit: for those of you who aren't understanding it and are telling me this clashes with canon, yes, I am aware of that. I did that intentionally. This is basically my way of saying that there were certain things I didn't like about the finale making canon, so I made my own canon.
