A very special night was here. Twist's wonderful friend was coming and she wasn't going to let it go by without making her signature dessert, just for her. But when it doesn't go as planned, she begins to think that maybe she was wrong about everything.

It's not easy for Sweetie Belle, waking up one morning only to find a pair of wings strapped to her back. It's even more of a problem for Rarity, though, to find out that the one that gave Sweetie Belle those wings might not be able to remove them. Predictably, Rarity sets off to Twilight's to try and see what she might be able to do about this. As for Sweetie Belle, after discovering just how powerful she's become thanks to the transformation, she makes other plans that involves Diamond Tiara, and Silver Spoon especially.

Diamond Tiara cared a great deal for one pony's feelings in particular, and becoming the pony she wanted to be had meant hurting her.

There is only one real rule regarding changeling royalty: there must always be a queen. Twilight Sparkle is about to learn this through personal experience.
