When Rainbow Dash loses her cloud home, she is forced to take up temporary lodging in a Ponyville house.

But why is that so difficult for her?

For a pony that spends their entire life in the sky, sleeping on the ground might take some adjusting to.

Soldiers don't just stand there, blindly following orders and throwing their lives away. Sure, some of them do, but they aren't the ones who come back. The ones who come back have spent hours, days in the trenches, waiting for that brief moment of terrible and bloody action. And thinking.

You have a lot of time to think, in a hole in the ground waiting to kill or be killed.

There aren't any trenches in the Crystal War. Sombra throws his soldiers in wave after wave at the enemy, and the bodies of those soldiers only rest when there is nothing left to fight and their master is briefly perplexed about where all the squishy targets went. The Equestrians aren't much better, retreating to tents and clouds and once in a glorious while, maybe a cave. But even without the trench, there is time to think.

And when you might die tomorrow, you don't think in silence. You talk. You ask questions.

They aren't all easy questions.

After bumping into a rude pony from flight school, Rainbow tells a rather large lie to save face.

Shouldn't have did that, Dashie.

A two part story.

There's a new weather pony in Ponyville and she really isn't good at her job. Applejack has to go ask what her deal is.

My take on how Rainbow dash and Applejack met.

I know most people do it like, Dash crashed on AJ’s farm and that’s how their friendship begun. And even though my head canon is also the same, I’d like to take it in a new direction.

Every rising star must eventually fall. Rainbow Dash is locked in a struggle against her own past, and with the help of Twilight is about to make a discovery that will change the way she flies forever. But what will she lose in the process?

There are not many things that Rainbow Dash can't withstand. She can take on dragons and monsters all day long, but when it comes to the bitter cold she has met her match. In search of shelter from the cold, she ends up spending the night at the Apple's. But with Granny and Bloom in Appleosssa, and Applejack going to Manehatten in attempt to sell some apple goods, she ends up all alone with Big Mac.

What could possibly go wrong?

One day, Celestia and Luna, two scientists living in Ponyville, were exploring a mysterious castle where they found a strange jewel. When they took the jewel back to their laboratory to run tests on it, 15 lights shot out of it. Then three of the lights cause supernatural events and gave three normal girls superpowers.

This is not power ponies, but this is based off Powerpuff Girl Z but you don't need to watch it.

Over a long period of time, Rainbow Dash has instilled into her mind this complex ignorance of all things uncool, the most significance being negative emotion. She likes to believe that emotions like sadness and hate are things which she shouldn't bother with.

So her solution is the hide them all, lock them away deep inside herself in a place where she shouldn't have to worry about them anymore.

Only there is a problem.

Sometimes, you can't bottle yourself up forever.

When Fluttershy went to bed, she was a normal mare. When she woke up, she could see numbers floating over everypony's heads. They were timers, each one counting down to some unknown event. Most ponies had timers that wouldn't end for years, some for many decades. But everypony had different numbers.

So why does Rainbow Dash's timer end in three hours?
