When you're in a relationship, you shouldn't keep secrets, right? That's what Lyra thinks, anyway. Unfortunately, she probably should have brought this up sooner.

Shortly after her lyre is desecrated by magically altered parasprites, an irritated Lyra receives a package from a pony she hasn't heard from in years. And if the contents are anything to judge by, that pony misses her very much...

Ponyville has a problem: Twilight's friends all switched Cutie Marks, and the musical numbers are flying thick and fast.
Lyra has a problem: She can't handle the way musical numbers get into your head and take you over.
Bon Bon has a problem with that.

Lyra just returned home from the Grand Galloping Gala, completely exhausted from the experience. Bonbon listens to her tale and admits that she wouldn't have been very good company, seeing as she can not dance. The green unicorn was never one to take such a challenge lying down and offers to teach her the basics over a bottle of wine.

When Lyra Proposes to Bon-Bon, Pinkie's zealous promotion of the noble wedding of the century attracts some unexpected and unwanted attention. Can Pinkie and her party ponies pull off the biggest wedding Ponyville's ever seen to give the two most deserving ponies a happily ever after?

Lyra's public performances continue to fail to draw the crowds she needs to kickstart her career. It takes the love and care of a certain earth pony to snap her out of her rut once more.
