Equestria has always been a relatively peaceful land. This all changes in the 10th century after Luna's banishment, when technology of a long forgotten civilization are found in mysterious ruins.

This both brings prosperity...and revolutionizes warfare. One particular tool of war stands out-the tank. At first viewed as an oddity, it becomes the most important combat implement within the century, right next to the use of gunpowder weapons.

Equestrians are not the only ones to make these discoveries though-but this is the least of their worries. A cult of Nightmare Moon, a god of chaos, a rogue changeling swarm, a black-hearted king, and a mysterious entity only known as WG are among the challenges that the Equestrian military's newest addition will face.

Bungee has been a Military Working Dog for as long as he can remember, trained from a pup and turned into a highly effective member of the armed forces. He sniffs out bombs, clears rooms, scouts compounds and assists with flanking manoeuvres to disable dangerous personnel. More than just military equipment; Bungee is a brother in arms. A warrior.

But when a mission goes wrong and Bungee chases a high-value-target through a magical portal; how will the German Shepherd adjust to life among talking ponies?

And how will he manage to complete his mission if he’s considered a pet instead of a soldier?

Most folk have heard tales of the Courier, the man who survived being shot in the head, who had single handily taken down the feared fiend leaders. Unable to tell reality apart from his imagination, John's world is falling through the cracks. For the first time in a long time, Twilight finally has the chance to sit down with the rest of the Bearers for a get together in the same, special place. The six prove that the bond of their friendship can conquer all and can never be broken no matter what happens.

For the past year a strange ship nicknamed the Space Blimp has been orbiting Equestria. Nopony has any idea why it is up there or what intentions it has.

Eventually it is forgotten by nearly everypony except for Princess Luna. She maintain a vigil on the Space Blimp while racking her mind as to its intentions. Are they good intentions? Or is it a harbinger of darker things?
