My name is Apple Bloom, and I helped find the Cutie Mark Crusaders 25 years ago. Today, the C.M.C. is a non-profit Equestrian wide organization, dedicated to helping young fillies and colts earn their cutie marks. And the best part? I'm at the helm of it all. This summer, I was taking time to help work our new summer camp program. But then a near death experience with an old acquaintance sent me unexpectedly back to Canterlot, so I'll have to come to terms with the sister who abandoned me, make peace with the murderer of a childhood friend, Sweetie Belle, and unravel the secrets of Princess Luna's mysterious disappearance.

My name is Birch, and I was there when Director Bloom was kidnapped. I have the medical bills to prove it; the ones who took her tried to kill me. They'll try again too, if they ever find out what I have of theirs. That's why I'm hiding. That's why I'm letting them assume I'm dead. Because if they knew I was alive, and found out what I could do . . . Well, I just won't let them find out. All you need to know is that every pony's in really big trouble. Yeah; even you.

My name is Belle Star, and I am the daughter of generosity. As such, it is my greatest job to stay alive. My mother possesses one of the most powerful weapons in Equestria after all, it would simply not do to get into any mortal danger. That's why, when my parents are called to Canterlot, I am left at a summer camp hundreds of miles away with an aunt I never knew existed. Camp has been surprisingly descent - Aunt Apple Bloom is a sweetheart, no pony makes me partake in any of the silly camp sing-alongs or dodge ball tournaments, and I have found a boyfriend in one of the councilors, Birch. . . . But then Aunt Apple Bloom disappears, Birch is found on the verge of death, and the element of kindness comes up missing. And I have a sneaking suspicion I know where it is. . . .

As one story rotates through three protagonist, this is one adventure you won't want to miss! . . . And yes, this story disregards all events of Season Four's Princess Twilight Sparkle episodes as having "never happened".

It is a fact that horses have served mankind for thousands of years, in times of war and in times of peace. Your horse – a chestnut mare named Zayna – helps you to earn your primary source of income, in the form of a riding school.

But then, a freak occurrence dumps you both in a strange new land populated by talking ponies. At first, they are a bit hostile due to a misunderstanding — but that's nothing when you realise it's not just ponies who can talk here.

As it turns out, horses can as well.

A terrible curse from the cold deeps of space and the dark recesses of time has destroyed Equestria. Princess Twilight Sparkle is the last surviving member of the royal family, and leads the colts and fillies of Canterlot and Ponyville across the Great Salt Sea to settle a new land. She must pit her magical powers, her leadership abilities and her intellect against terrible dangers and foes, and she does what she would have thought unthinkable in order to give her nation a chance at survival.

This is the first part of a planned four-part epic adventure. It is a dark adventure with violence, danger and intrigue but it is not a splatterfest. There may be some mild shipping involved.
