Twilight and her friends have reached their new home. But, what has 100 years asleep done to the colony down below? Why were they unable to be rescued? Have all their hopes and dreams been for nothing? And is it as safe heaven they had been expecting?

If you haven't read the first part 'Among the Stars", I would read that first. You might not understand if you don't.

On a warm summer evening, something sinister brews high in the clouds. It is not detected until weather sensors start picking up heavy electrical activity and rain in what seems to be a large storm.

All flights start to divert away except one that is too close, FedEx 715.

The flight enters the storm over Kansas, but as the pilots soon find out, they aren't in Kansas anymore, but instead a land called Equestria that they can't seem to comprehend at first.

How will they interact with locals and what will be the outcome of their sudden arrival?

Applejack had certainly dealt with her fair share of critters taking apples from the farm in her life. Unfortunately for her and the rest of Equestria, this latest apple thief encounter may just be more of a hassle than the ponies can deal with...

In the year 2030, a multinational merchandising corporation teams up with a newly established genetics lab to design and market living My Little Pony companions. A flawless mesh of living tissue and true artificial intelligence, these ponies are able to breed, age, learn, speak and eventually pass on at the same rate as your average human being. Their 'cute' and/or 'adorable' designs are marketed towards families and children.

Being critters of ultimately artificial design, however. Government officials disagree with these creations, claiming them to be a slight against nature. 'Playing god' is never a good thing.

In this story, we follow Fey, an upper-class young woman. And her unicorn companion. Together they fight to put a stop to a bill that would call for the closure of the genetics lab that created the ponies, along with each and every creatures immediate destruction.

(Based after Majora's mask) Link finds himself transported to the land of Equestria after saving the world once again, later on in his visit monsters begin appearing near Ponyville. So he must stop them as he finds a way to leave so he can continue his quest for Navi.

It is three months after the Royal Wedding, and normalcy has returned to Equestria... for the most part. Pinkie is the same old Pinkie, Rainbow Dash is still addicted to the Wonderbolts, Rarity is still trying to learn Prench... but for Twilight, things are not the same. Ever since the Wedding, she's noticed an almost unnoticeable distance from her friends and from Celestia. This alone would be enough to bother her, but to make matters worse, she has been tormented by a dream that she cannot remember and physically cannot rest for fear of.

The tension is building, and something is bound to snap. If you've felt death and loneliness... what would you do to keep your loved ones from suffering the same fate?

Hello, this is your author speaking.
I know you're anxious to get to reading the story with the cryptic description would just like to point out a couple things before you get reading.

First of all, this is my first MLP fanfic, and it is set as an AU beginning just after the S2 finale, so I would appreciate constructive criticism. Not flaming or silent downvotes; give me criticism!
Secondly, it is important to understand that the AU tag seen above possesses two meanings. Not only is it an AU in the literal sense as it utilizes my own expansive worldcanon (dubbed Nidus) but in addition to that, it is an AU in that it does not accept the events of season three as canon. This is due to it chronologically beginning only 3 months after season two. The events of season three may appear, but they will likely be warped.
Lastly, I need to point out that I will probably be editing the tags and characters as this story goes. This being my first story, I'll need time to get a handle on the nuances of the submission system.
Thirdly, Please tell me if any of the fonts I use in the story go wrong. There are bound to be a few errors even with my prereading, so if you find them do say something.

Twilight having a little thinking about alicorns and Princess Cadance

Just short "thinking" story about Princess Cadance and alicorns. I wrote this in order to answer my own questions and doubts and to find a way of looking at the MLP universe as it is now after The Canterlot Wedding episodes.

When Twilight Sparkle comes down deathly ill, it is a race against time to get her the help she needs to recover. Will her friends be willing to accept any help to save her, even if it comes from the most unlikely pony imaginable?

A very sick pegasus foal makes a request that pits Rainbow Dash in a race against time.

The Decepticons come to Equestria to obtain all their resources. With the Autobots stuck on Earth, and magic having little effect on Transformers, the Decepticons have little to oppose them. Starscream is pulled out to a different light from seeing the planet and starts to remember how he used to be before the Cybertronian war and little more 'organic' insight of the planet.

Rainbow Dash however isn't going to let her planet go without a fight and she has back up from an unlikely source.
