:fluttercry: Oh, this made me so sad, Poor little Summer... But that was so sweet, what Dash and Twilight, and Spitfire did for her.... Love this story! :rainbowdetermined2:

It's a great plot; and I thought the characters' dialogue really fit their personalities.

I have a bit of an issue with the pacing, though. I felt that everything was a little rushed, and quickly resolved. While this often works for shorts and skits, a sad story is almost built entirely on good pacing, in my opinion. Have a little bit of life before the main problem of the story comes up, and it'd be excellent.

Well done, though, overall. I'll give it 4.

You have to remember, the poor filly IS dying. And besides, it IS Rainbow Dash and Spitfire we're talking about here.

Very nice story. I have a feeling that if I was in another mood by the time I was reading this I'd be crying :ajsmug:

But really I liked it and in my heart I just wish for Summer to recover, even though it is impossible... Oh well she got to be happy one last time. Those words always make me stop and think... One last time...

One last time...

Oh an unrelated, I was the 666th viewer :o

Really heartwarming. I lost my younger brother to cancer last year. The people at Make A Wish got him season tickets to the Allman Brothers concerts. It made him very happy. This really struck home with me. Well done.

This story was sad and amazing at the same time!

Beautiful and poignant. :fluttercry:

I love the ending  dashie you are awesome:rainbowkiss:

So touching... this is a personal chord for me... since I have a friend with cancer, and I could imagine this very thing happening. I'd do no less than what Dash did... but that doesn't help remove the pain of this for me. Even if I did help fulfill my friend's wish... only a miracle can save them...

It is bittersweet, when all you can do for a friend is help them fulfill one of their dreams before you can't help them anymore. Bittersweet... but that doesn't change the truth of how precious that act is. From great suffering can spring both great sorrow, and great happiness. This reminded me of that.

Damn touching story, mate. 4.5/5 stars.

Wow that is kinda in line with wonderbolt academy

Dawwww! I loved this. A beautiful little one-shot. :)

401400 I felt the same way. My youngest niece battle Leukemia for 2 1/2 years, and is now thankfully 7 years cancer free!
