When Princess Celestia introduces a new regime that leads to destroyed lives and talk of uprising, all of Equestria questions whether their monarch has descended into madness. And the question on everypony's mind is, "Where is the Element of Magic?"

What do you mean I can't try my hoof at something serious?

For as long as recorded history, Necromancy, the Magic Art of the Dead, has been forbidden. Everypony that dared to learn it was corrupted, and had to be either killed or banished beyond Equestria. Every book pertaining to it was destroyed. Everything having to do with it was shunned and reviled.

When The Great and Powerful Trixie, searching for the means to defeat Twilight Sparkle, learns this forbidden art, it soon becomes clear that Twilight, too, must become a Necromancer, lest Trixie destroy Equestria as we know it. Hunted by her teacher and mentor, Princess Celestia, and most of her friends locked away in Canterlot for their own safety, she has only herself and her one remaining friend, Spike, to rely on as she struggles to keep her sanity intact while avoiding the undead hordes that will never stop hunting her and the society that has come to revile her very existence. As she delves deeper into this dark art, she will learn more about the nature of magic then ever before, as she realizes that there are bigger threats out there then the dead.

Haunted by a great loss from long ago, Celestia once more sets into motion a series of events in hope of undoing the greatest tragedy in her long life. After a millennium of failure, could she have finally found the right pony to make her dream come true?

Only time will tell.

Many idolise the imortal princess's of Equestria: Celestia and Luna. However we cannot begin to understand their sadness after thousands of years of life. A quick story, just to tide my readers over until i finnish writing other projects.

Beyond the well-known realms of Equestria, a far-flung visitor from a forgotten land will face his incredible fate as he comes across a strange purple creature imbued with the ability to use magic. Through great moments of acceptance, trials of pain, and heart-rending tragedy, both will learn that no matter where you hail from, the magic of friendship holds a power all its own, and that whether or not you have one horn or two, every creature is connected through everlasting bonds that cut through eternity itself.

A wicked and twisted mare, who was a friend of all ponies of Ponyville, overthrows Princess Celestia and Luna with raw power and brute force. Using dark and evil magics, she drained the magic from the Princesses to keep them powerless and imprisoned them deep within the palace, which she took the liberty of redecorating. Under this mare's reign, Equestria is dangerous, and ponies must work to retrieve resources for her research, or become imprisoned until they die of starvation or dehydration (Their bodies being used for research).

Across Equestria, rebel groups hide from the new ruler; however, a particular group of five, known as The Elements, who are admired by all other rebels for their bravery and skill, push further and harder, preparing for the day to return Equestria to its glorious, harmonious state. But as they proceed further, chances of success become slim, as the ruler cracks down on the rebel groups and begins heavily funding new ways to track them down and eliminate them. Will The Elements be able to save Equestria in time, before they're found and killed?
