So, I got blasted by some mages in my world, and now I'm in a completely new one. I'm something called a 'kirin', and I've lost my opposable thumbs. Surprisingly, it wasn't a polymorph spell either! My magic has gone completely wack. I burned down a forest. And apparently I'm the first ever Kirin to have alicorn magic, which sounds awesome right? Well, not when you're constantly combusting into flames! I never wanted this! And for some reason these ponies keep treating me so nicely. Even after I keep screwing everything up. How hard is it to act like normal for once in my life?

What? There's nothing wrong with me! Please don't send me back...

Everypony loves a nice snow day, especially the fillies and colts who miss a day of school because of the snow. But when days turn to weeks, and the snow doesn't stop falling, Ponyville is facing an endless winter. The Cutie Mark Crusaders try to find out what's wrong, and why the snow keeps falling with no signs of letting up. Can the Cutie Mark Crusaders discover the root of the problem before Ponyville freezes over completely? Let's find out in this adventure!

What if during 'Dragon Quest,' Spike met dragons different from Garble and his goons? What if they became close enough friends for Spike to form his own friend group? How would things be different? How much would things stay the same?

Kind of a re-telling of MLP from 'Dragon Quest' onward, with Spike having a group of five dragon OC friends. Twilight and the Mane Six will still have their usual adventures, but will have some additional backup along the way. Additionally, I'll have my OCs learn a couple lessons of their own.

After Arizona's battle with Oleander and FHTNG leaves her unconscious, Paprika carries her away to safety.

Though she at first struggles to understand Paprika, they will form a bond that may change the course of her adventure and of Foenum itself.

A baby step for an attempt at finishing the story we may never see completed.

I can't know or write the story Mane 6 would have told, but I can try to tell my own while respecting their vision: without the limits or opportunities of story mode gameplay.

Not a crossover or a shipping story.

There are two retcons here: that Paprika carried Arizona out of the temple instead of Arizona waking up on her own, and that the RSS Donner/Prancer stayed at port for a few days instead of leaving in the morning.

Since Velvet and Stronghoof appear to understand her, I chalk it up her incomprehensibility to an accent and a speech impediment.

To represent Arizona initially struggling to understand Paprika, I've mimicked the Papdings system used to code what she said: there will be a key alongside a spoilered, plaintext version below.

Times change.

It's a slow process, usually. Over the eons, civilizations rise and fall, cultures change, new technologies get invented and become lost. For the individual person, such events happen too slowly to even notice.

However, sometimes, change is sudden and cataclysmic. A catastrophe forces people to take drastic actions, upending their known world completely. One such event happens to the three pony tribes in the form of the Long Winter, forcing them to flee their ancestral lands.

The vast majority of them flee southwards, with the exception of one earth pony clan. Past the steep northern mountains, the refugees are doing their best to adapt to their new surroundings and rebuild their homes. These are their stories.

A prequel to how the snowponies came to be. Each chapter is a separate story.

In the far north, where Equestria's edge fades into memory and the Crystal Empire glimmers on the distant horizon, lies a domain untouched by time.

Here, a land cloaked in white stretches as far as the eye can see.

After Chrysalis' Hive attacked Canterlot, the Changeling Queens of Equestria meet up with Celestia to discuss opening relations. Her plan? She wants to learn about the Hives, but being the Princess of Equestria, she has duties to attend to. So the honor of being the first pony to enter the Main Hive complexes of the Changeling Queens falls onto Twilight. How will the studious Unicorn and her number one assistant handle the varying infrastructure and history behind each Hive? And a rather important question, just how many Hives are out there?

Marble Pie was born with a spark of ingenuity that couldn't be found anyplace else. She used this gift to create a machine. A machine that walks on two legs, a mech. It is an impressive creation of steel and magic, and it would never see the light of day.

As if she would let those 'outsiders' steal one of her creations again. All that the ponies outside of her family did was judge and steal. It was best not to talk to them. Especially when she couldn't even meet their eyes with the pop rocks bubbling in her stomach. Unfortunately, three new arrivals might change that.

One is a pony, arriving fresh to the isolated town of Rockville with a penchant for fairy tales. The other, a wave of mechanical terrors with unknown intentions but terrible intent. And the last, a pile of ancient dragon bones speaking to her in binary and text. He offers power beyond her own, and a way to help combat this threat. However, his past remains a mystery, and his methods are... unorthodox. When an ancient evil is swarming the countryside, there is one fact that remains startingly true.

It's nice to have a little more firepower.
