Twilight Sparkle wants to reestablish her old rapport with Princess Celestia - the close relationship they had when Twilight was the Princess’s personal student. But life moves ever onward and the connections they had in the past will not be enough for the alicorns to overcome the challenges that lie ahead. To make it through their shared trials and revelations, Twilight and Celestia will need to grow beyond their existing bonds and become much more than faithful student and immortal mentor.

It's springtime in Equestria and Twilight Sparkle and Princess Celestia find themselves out of sorts despite the gorgeous weather. Luna and Rarity both think they know the reason behind their moodiness and set out to make sure that true love blossoms - but will an unfortunate misunderstanding keep the two star-crossed lovers apart forever?

The sun, eternal and unwavering in it's course. Celestia had been just as determined and unwavering in her convictions once. However, now she faces yet another impossible... no, not impossible, just life altering. Did she still have the resolve to make the logical decision, to be the Princess that her subjects needed, or would she finally give in to selfish desires?

Twilight always thought that being able to send the Princess her letters instantaneously through Spike's fire breath was the best thing in the world. Instant correspondence with her mentor and secret crush could never be a bad thing, right? Unfortunately, Twilight has a habit of writing her secrets down on flammable materials. Now her secret's out, so what's a panicky unicorn to do? Panic, obviously!

Celestia loves Twilight, and she’s not afraid to show it. Or rather, she would show it, but she can’t. Twilight isn’t ready yet. She’s scared to tell anyone about their relationship. Celestia doesn't mind waiting. She’s a patient mare.

It is the big day for Fluttershy and Discord: their wedding day.

Their friends are happy for them, Fluttershy's family are elated that their little girl is getting married and ready to welcome Discord into the family with open hooves, Angel Bunny is not too pleased by his owner's choice of partner, but is happy for Fluttershy, and Spike has the honor being Discord's best drake, while Rainbow Dash gets the honor of Fluttershy's mare of honor.

Some ponies may not approve or understand what they see in each other, but the draconequus and pegasus don't care what they think. They're happy together, and to them, that's all that matters.
