This story is a sequel to Flutterbat's Return

Flutterbat has returned. Now, after causing the transformation of all five of her friends along with several others, she prepares to take back the night. And she'll do it one pony at a time.

However, Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie aren't entirely under her control, and so they set out to stop Flutterbat before it's too late.

[A/N: Welp, here it is! The long-awaited sequel to Flutterbat's Return has finally been created! It probably won't be as good as the original, but I still want to continue the story. Hope y'all enjoy!]

Twilight Sparkle is lonely and is determined to change that.

She’s had her eyes on Rainbow Dash for a while, but she doesn’t know how to truly express her feelings. No books were able to properly explain how to cope with her feelings of love, leaving her frustrated and confused. She has tried dropping subtle hints here and there, but Rainbow is oblivious to her advances and Twilight is too nervous to spill her heart out to her.

So she waits, spending many months devising a way to get Rainbow to see her more than just a good friend. Given a set of perfect circumstances, Twilight is finally able to put her plan into action. Now, Twilight might finally be able to see if she can turn her friendship with Rainbow into something wonderful.

Twilight decides that Rainbow Dash & Applejack are in love, and sets out to bring the happy couple together. The truth is, however, that a grudge match for Twilight's affections has begun between them, and as their actions drive their own friendship apart the cracks appear elsewhere. After Twilight Sparkle discovers a new book of pick-up-lines, she wants to bring her friends closer by complimenting them with cheesy lines.

And it does more than bring them closer...

Applejack, Twilight, and Rainbow Dash could never have been said to be ordinary ponies. So it really shouldn't be all too surprising that they've managed to lead unconventional love lives as well. Love lives that they might have neglected to tell their friends about.

But they’re not worried; the magic of friendship has taught them well, and they are confident the bonds they've formed with their fellow ponies will result in nothing but heartfelt congratulations and acceptance when they make their relationship official.

They are stupidly, stupidly mistaken.

Deemed a traitor by the God Empress Celestia, Twilight Sparkle must now flee for her life to escape her inevitable execution. In hot pursuit by Celestia's minions, Twilight discovers a cave where an ancient creature has been kept prisoner for over a millennium.

Twilight sparkles wakes up to some bad news.
Apparently she went crazy with magic and decided to try to take over the world, including Equestria.
Oddly enough, this has been working out rather well.
Unfortunately for her she seems to of forgotten most of it.
