A hundred years after the last of their original friends passed away, Spike the dragon, former apprentice to Princess Twilight Sparkle, has been arrested for a most heinous crime. What is this crime and why did this happen? Now Twilight must find a way to solve this situation.

When Adora woke up in her oversized room in Bright Moon Castle early that morning, she got up from her cot, walked past the massive bed she had been given (and never used) and decided to take a shower in the waterfall. This was my submission for the Two Hour challenge at EqD. I changed the ending slightly, no more than a few words.

Starlight Glimmer has the forgiveness, love, support and friendship of Twilight Sparkle and her friends. The townsponies of Our Town had welcomed her back and helped her rebuild her life anew, just as she had endeavored to return the favor and make up for past mistakes.

But in all the happiness that surrounds her, Starlight still sees a shadow of what could have been, and more importantly, what she caused to happen in other versions of her world.

Now she has to decide: should she stay home—safe—or face her legacy?

Twilight Sparkle and her best friends have been sent to the paradise islands of Iluikatliltik for over a month so that Twilight can learn the secrets of the ancient Iluikatliltik ponies—a tribe who have mastered Earth Pony magic like no other culture has.

Each of her companions has a role to play... although it just might not be the one they wanted.

But really, what else could Applejack's role be?
