Twilight and Spike both re-awake, to find something strange next to them! What is everpony else going to think, finding human versions of themselves, and being in a human version of their home?

Spike wants to go to school. Twilight SUCCESSFULLY casts a spell to help that happen.

After Sweetie Belle gets into a fight with Rarity over her latest "favor" to her sister, she decides to find somepony who appreciates her help. After unsuccessfully helping Fluttershy, she becomes Spike's assistant.

Spike's dreams of Rarity are shattered, and at the worst possible time, for his friends will need him to make it through their greatest crisis.

Inspired by the United Kingdom entry to the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest, "Love Will Set You Free" by Engelbert Humperdinck. From the second chapter onward, different songs serve as the inspiration, so check the comments for the links.

Wanting to help her brother, Applejack sends the Cutie Mark Crusaders to find someone who can help Big Mac. Spike, now going by the name A Pimp Named Spikeback, answers the call.

Can the dragon king of swag really help Big Macintosh get his relationship back on track,or will his presence only make Big Mac's situation worse than it already is?

Spike is Twilight's number one assistant, and he does that job with pride. He cleans the library, cooks her meals, and manages the finances.

However, Twilight has never been very sensible with money, and her income as a librarian is meager. To help out, sometimes Spike does jobs for Celestia.

Jobs that some ponies might be appalled by.
