D'aaawww... For some reason Spike x Applebloom grows on me the more of it I read.
Spike and and any of the cmc's are always a good pairing. It was very d'awww. I'm surprised this fic only has a few comments, because it's actually really good. The build up is well paced even though I think the premiss is a little off, I don't know I always imagined Spike was just a species of flightless dragon. Still I look forward to more of the fic.

Story is good but needs to slow down, the scenes are going too quick from one to another.
Well that was quite enjoyable, would still like it better if it slowed down and had more build up to their relationship before they finally got together though but oh well. Look forward to more.

As requested, I have taken a quick break from Memebase to read your fanfiction. To be honest, I thought a random fanfiction that somepony requested me to read would be a terrible mistake. Although I am not a shipping fan, I did like the story's idea. I have a few suggestions to improve your work:
1. Include more detail. Getting a picture and envisioning the area surrounding the characters is a big part of stories.
2. Lengthen transitions. The scenes of the story skip very quickly and can be very disorientating and too fast for others reading. Less skipping and adding detail will do the trick as well as give a more vivid perception to the story.
3. There are a few grammatical errors here and there. Although it is very common for fanfictions, I would suggest going over the fiction after finishing a chapter and fixing any errors you find.
I hope my input will help you and your fanfictions in the future!
