The Doctor, punished by the Time Lords, has been exiled and force to regenerate. However something has gone wrong and he is now in the Crystal Empire. Now he must work on getting back to his own universe while helping the Empire against an old enemy.

Set in an alternative season 6B of Doctor Who. (Between The War Games and Spearhead from Space) so the Doctor will be in his third persona/ regeneration/ personality (the Jon Pertwee one).

When Lyra Heartstrings meets the Doctor; Chaos and Adventure ensue naturally enough of course.

After returning from a rather paradoxical adventure with Twilight Sparkle, the 11th Doctor begins to question his ability to keep her safe. However, before he can find an answer, he's called back to Equestria. Summoned by the Princesses, The Doctor arrives just in time to witness both past and future events repeat themselves in the present. Faced with a terrifyingly familiar enemy, The Doctor must team up with a few unlikely allies to stop them. But even with their help, will he be able to stop the one pony that hates him the most?

The Daleks have been The Doctor's most vicious enemies since almost his first adventure. As such, when the Time Lords offer a chance to destroy them once and for all, he can't accept fast enough.

However, on the war-torn world of Skaro, hatred and xenophobia have completely eliminated any semblance of love and tolerance, and The Doctor and company could likely be the first ponies in history to be 'exterminated'.

The Doctor suddenly finds himself in the magical land of Equestria and soon discovers that he's regenerated into a pony. As Twilight Sparkle tries to learn more about the Doctor with the help of Spike and Princess Luna, a creature from the Doctor's past arrives in Ponyville with evil intentions.

A mysterious force is making ponies disappear in Ponyville. Twilight Sparkle enlists the help of the Doctor, and his companions Zoe and Jamie, to find the creature, save her friends, and save Equestria from the monster's evil plans.

Taking place between chapter three and chapter four of 'Ride On Shooting Star', these three short stories are just some of the many adventures that include the Doctor with Derpy and various other cast members, including allies and enemies!
