Awesome reading of the fanfic. Go thank the voice actor with all your love!

Rarity has never been quite right, but has anypony? Opal was never quite sure what to think of them. Ponies were weird, and that's just how it was. Nothing they ever did made sense, their games were dreadfully pointless, bathing was absolutely insane, and everything they did was annoying. What else was there to say? Ponies were just plain weird.

So why was Rarity acting so weird?

( A big thanks to Tsitra360 for allowing me to use this their work for the story image )

One shot I did late at night. I had this idea for awhile, so I finally put it down on paper, or computer in this matter. I wrote it in the middle of writing more of the Wonderbolt Origins. Cover art by jamescorck on deviant art, check his art out sometime! Edited and Pre-Read by Ryan Darling.

*update* New story of this in Sweetie Belle's perspective here!

Princess Celestia always thought she knew how her kingdom worked. The Unicorns used magic specialized to their jobs. Pegasi flew in the sky and handled the weather. And Earth ponies... Earth ponies... uhhmmm...
Huh. Maybe Princess Celestia didn't know everything about her ponies after all.
Princess Celestia realized this after Applejack came to speak with her about a tax unfair to Earth pony farmers. It was during their conversation that Celestia realized she needed help.
Huh, isn't that odd Princess Celestia has had to leave on emergency business, leaving Luna to raise and set the sun? And hey, is that a new pony living and working at Sweet Apple Acres? I think her name is Sunshine Meadow. Surely, it's just a coincidence. Surely.

Several weeks after recovering her crown from Sunset Shimmer, Twilight Sparkle discovers she can communicate with her counterpart from the other world, who has finally arrived at Canterlot High. When Celestia theorizes that the portal can be re-opened, Twilight and her friends--as well as the OTHER Twilight and HER friends--decide to trade places, so they can learn more about each others' worlds. The only catch: neither party can return to their own world for a full thirty moons...

This story is now cancelled. Its concepts will (eventually) be retooled into (Mis)taken Identity.

Princess Celestia has been ruling Equestria for thousand's of years. She's seen it all. Literally seen it all. And now she's more than a little bored with the day to day hum-drummery of running her Kingdom. Deciding it's time for a little time off, she opts to take a week long vacation. But not just any vacation spot will do. After all what is there to see or do in a world where she's seen and done it all?

Instead she decides to switch places with a willing human participant. It's the slowest week of the year for the Solar Diarch, and she's absolutely confident her choice for a week long stand in will do just fine. The problem is, she doesn't quite get the right human.

(uuuugh featured?! now I have to put effort into making sure it's tidy and edited and such, curse you fim readers!)
