When a special birthday cake goes missing, it's up to Private Eye Pinkie Pie to figure out which of her friends is the culprit!

Originally written for the December 2015 Writeoff event, "Things Left Unsaid".

Twilight wants a morning of peace and quiet. Inadvertently, Pinkie ruins this while also ruining a kitchen.

The pills were first advertised in the local newspaper. The advert was simple: a yellow smiley face held in a hoof of a pony. Underneath the image were three words:

YOUR HAPPINESS, GUARANTEED!

Naturally, Pinkie just had to see if they worked as promised. After all, happiness with no side effect was a tempting offer.

This story is not about mental health medication, it was intended as a thought experiment about happiness. Also, We Happy Few came out a lot later than when I wrote this! I'm well aware there are similarities, but I wrote this quite a bit before it came out.

What would happen if the ponies we know and love were forced to endure the hardships and mind-flipping experience that is the Stanley Parable? Hilarity, that's what.

Fluttershy have gotten into a bit of a money problem. She can't pay for her cottage anymore. In order to earn some money and pay the rent, she have gotten a job in Manehatten as an office worker for a mysterious company. Everyday is the same routine, sit in front of a computer, eat lunch, work with the computer again, and then sleep under the computer desk because Fluttershy can't afford a hotel room in Manehatten. One day at work, something mysterious happens.

This story is essentially a text version of the Half-Life 2 mod except that it's ponified, it goes through a little differently, and has three additional endings. Or maybe it doesn't. You're welcome to go count them.
This story is about choice and freedom, possibly, but actually it might be about something else. Either way, you'll find yourself wondering why you bothered reading it in the first place.

The story tags are accurate and you'll just have to trust me on that. I think we've developed a good enough relationship for trust to be a non-issue. I mean you've already read ten sentences from me so far, or was that eleven? I don't know, you'll probably have to go back and check. Anyway, it's always a good idea to trust the narrator and follow his/her instructions. If you didn't then there wouldn't be much point in them trying to tell a story, now would there?

While on a trip to the town of Ponyville, Autumn Blaze and a few of her friends from the Kirin Grove find something peculiar. A contraption that's said to extinguish fires.

Each one of them react to it rather differently... Yet, all of them still find a way to get themselves in trouble.

Another silly one shot inspired by another silly art piece from Icey_Starr. Yet, unlike the last one, this one was a bit more spontaneous and doesn't quite have any structure to it.

Or it so happen that Scootaloo has to do a math homework about addition and is pretty much desperate as everytime she adds up numbers, her answers happens to be wrong. She wouldn't mind Supermare to come help her, but sometimes things get more complicated than they need to be...
