Flash Sentry and Twilight Sparkle dance around their feelings for each other, but they along with Twilight's friends are faced with a difficult task when Legendary Shadow Ponies begin invading Equestria at the Behest of the Shadow Queen. Can Twilight sparkle Use her abilities to put an end to the attack of the Shadow Queen or will Equestria fall to an even deeper darkness then that promised by Nightmare Moon?

A few month after Twilight's and Flash's wedding they have twins! A daughter they named Magic Sparkle and a son they named Lightning Hoof. The Filly was in Alicorn and the Colt was a Pegasus. Five years after they were born Lightning Hoof and Flash left to Cantorlot because it was time for Flash to get back to his job as a guard and Lightning wanting to come with him . But Light Sparkle was always in the house having only Pound Cake , Pumpkin Cake and Dinky over and Sometimes having Pinkie Pie or Fluttershy come over as a baby sitter or just to play with her but one day when she was really board she asked Twilight a very weird question.

Princess Twilight Sparkle was going to be a mother. And she never knew just how beautiful being a mother could be.

This fic was inspired by the picture, and the title came from it as well. The picture and title do not belong to me. I would like to thank Hikariviny for drawing such a wonderful picture. It inspired me to write the single best thing I've ever written. I don't wanna sound modest, but this story is the one that's most likely to be featured out of all of my stories. Everyone is proud of him, except for Twilight, who sees nothing but flaws in the filly trying to take her son away from him. Twilight Sparkle, a magical pony princess, has fallen in love with Brad Flash Sentry, a human from an alternate dimension. Huh, seems very unlikely for this to happen what with all the Brad haters who don't like him because he's stolen everyone's waifu and is portrayed as an undeveloped and boring character. Happily Sadly (For Twilight it's sad.), the princess finds out that the human Flash Sentry and her friend, Sunset Shimmer, are now dating.
Heartbroken, Twilight begins to doubt herself in being able to find love. But when the pony counterpart of Brad Flash Sentry is stationed as Twilight's new line of defense, how will she handle it, and how does Brad Flash Sentry feel about the princess and his new position even though hardly any fan of the show gives a damn?

Families are a wonderful thing. The goodnight kisses from your mother you received as a foal. The ball games you played with your father as a teenager. The warmth, love and compassion that they will always give you.
Twilight loves her family with all her heart, but she isn't so sure she should take Flash Sentry home to meet them just yet. But it's what all the books say she should do, so it's what she should do.
