I enjoyed parts of it, but sometimes it just felt... too forced as if the idea was, "fuck it! Let's just put down anything" and that was it.
Zany with a good structure is The Simpsons seasons 4-10. Zany for the sake of being zany is just Family Guy.

Not at all. Chaos Rules Once More has been put on a half-hiatus due to school anyway, so it's gonna take me a while to finish Chaos Of Command. That, and I have to convert the entire story over to past tense.
