Why do I think Twilight Velvet knew something we didn't.

I could certainly believe that Velvet has some ulterior motives... or she just knows her daughter well enough to know that no good will come of diving down this particular rabbit hole. Fascinating stuff... though given the pivotal role Starlight would play in the future, this could turn out for the worse in the long run. Thank you for this.
