This is painfully true to the source material, more so than any other derivative piece I've encountered. Except, of course, the art I'm sure you were inspired by. I don't think I have to specify which art.

The dialogue was incredibly tight and emotional, so much so that Rarity's felt excessively wordy and dry in comparison. Normally I'll avoid anything that doesn't include the relevant crossover franchise in the description because 99% of the time writers who do that are presumptive twats. This was one of the rare instances where it was effective and even appreciated.

Also, it had gore. And gore is good.

Edit: The cover art is pretty fuckin' cute too. Is that your cat, or just a nice stock image?
