Life can be difficult, even downright depressing from time to time. There are times we let all that bottle up until it reaches a point of helplessness, which becomes our focus.
Sometimes, we can find solace in the most unlikely of places.
This short thing is in fact based off a dream and experience that I had just weeks ago that I decided to put into words. Logic would say the dream was just that, the creation of an overactive mind during slumber, the result of a pessimistic and frustrated attitude combined with the ever-churning thoughts of the continuation of my writings.
My heart begs to differ with that explanation...

Dakis just don't have the same appeal to me as a good quality plush. I won't say never to the option, though.
I liked it a lot! I found the protagonist's stand point very relatable and the advice very heartwarming. I hazarded a guess that it was all a dream from early on but it didn't effect the message one bit, and it is a great message by the way. It is nice to know that Luna's compassion and coolness literally transcends realities.

Dakis and body pillows aren't flexible enough to feel realistic in any way. I got a giant Luna plush at EFNW '18 and I am not ashamed to say that it makes for a wonderful sleeping partner when a real one ain't around.
That was a very nice story—words of wisdom that we all need to be reminded of on occasion.

I'm glad he didn't wash his pains away with alcohol....that takes some bravery which unfortunately is rare nowadays.
Funny Enough I had a dream to where Luna showed up sitting next to me. I was on my Switch playing something (I honestly cant remember since it was quite a while ago im assuming something rage inducing cause i do remember gerting pissed off) I paused the game and Rested my Head against the couch and Debaiting on heading to bed, Cause i know my Dad went to bed. I felt something sit beside me on the couch, I was assuming it was my Dog cause he likes to sit near me late at night. I decided to try again at the game. Time Skip 5 minutes I heard a cough beside me, and Let me tell you I flinched so hard it knocked me joycon lose.
Funny Enough I had a dream to where Luna sat beside me while i was to busy getting pissed off at my game and didnt notice her for about 5 minutes. She coughed and I flinched so bad it knocked the Joy-con loose from my Switch, and it takes alot of force to knock it loose. I turned so fast and Just stared so hard she kinda looked uncomfortable. I do remember muttering under my breath saying "Ethier im asleep or Im not getting enough of it cause i see Princess luna infront of me"
