I write really dark porn and people downvote it simply from reading the warning tags, which are there so they know not to read it. People will downvote stuff for stupid reasons, but your writing is sound so stick with it and don't take the downvotes to heart.

Despite the claims, the downvotes are not only out of spite, although it is a factor. There are multiple issues with the story that make it of lower quality and not entirely fun to read even if one is trying to be fair.
You know Spike has wings now...and yet you use him in his wingless form...against another character that has wings.
That seems incredibly biased, to say the least.

Takes place directly after Lightning and Twilight's Death Battle... it's 2017, a year before MOLT DOWN.
Don't get me wrong, I like Spike has wings, BUT... you have to stay true to the timing.
even if I HAD given him his wings in this battle, it wouldn't make a difference-- Krysta is still much stronger and faster than he is.

Yeah, I read it. I guess what I meant to ask was why you chose that timeframe considering that it gave Spike an immediate disadvantage he didn't really need to have. I'll admit that I still don't fully understand your reasoning, but I'll just let it be.

Lightning and Twilight's DB is dated MARCH 18, 2017 (One year before Molt Down) if Spike was WATCHING the DB between Lightning and Twilight, and he and Krysta Battled immediately after... it's STILL the same day. so he naturally didn't have his wings.
The issue I’m having with these Death Battles is that you know who’s going to win without even reading it: The Starfleet OC. Doesn’t matter who’s fighting who, the Starfleet character is always going to win. Goldwin could fight Discord and would easily crumb stomp him. Not because he’s stronger or smarter or anything else. He simply wins because the author doesn’t like FiM.
The idea behind Death Battle is that two somewhat equally skilled characters are fighting each other and you aren’t certain who would really win. Like Son Goku vs Superman. You don’t have Son Goku fight Edward Cullen. As entertaining as it may be to see Edward getting beaten up, it would be extremely on-sided with Son Goku’s victory as a forgone conclusion.
In this story Spike is Edward Cullen and Krysta is Son Goku. She effortless beats Spike, even when he turns into a giant dragon. This is especially hard to believe since we don’t see Krysta fighting that much. It also makes you wonder why the Mane Six are even part of the Starfleet crew when even Lightning’s sidekick is far more powerful than all of them together.
Don’t get me wrong, a lot of people probably down voted the story without reading solely because of the author. But saying everyone who gave a thumb down is a hater is wrong. Plain and simple, it’s not a very good or even remotely interesting Death Battle because of the above mentioned issues.

Yes but the Raven death battle wasn't just an one-sided slaughter. Your Death Battles stories are all about your OCs effortlessly beating the show characters because you don’t like them. Why not writing a Death Battle about two equally strong fighters. Maybe a duel between Celestia and Celesto? Or Cerise and Lightning? It doesn’t have to be a real battle to the death, but maybe a sparring match instead?
Also I obviously don't expect Twilight to beat Son Goku. i'm just saying that a fight between Goku and Twilight would be so one-sided that it's not even funny. Just like your Death Battles, where Starfleet always wins.

-Celestia cannot beat Celesto
-Ceriese Cannot beat Lightning
-Even Lightning's friends cannot beat Lightning (He's stronger than they are)
