From what I'm reading, this story will end with so many stories left to tell. Are there plans for a sequel? These humans and ponies deserve to have a happy ending, and to have that happy ending written down for us all to read.
....................Fuck.
Think I gonna need a day or two to collect my overall thoughts about this one right here because GOD DAMN!
One thing I am praying for is that this is not the conclusion to this trio's relationship because I've loved it since it began.
One negative is sadly no Lumberjack this chapter. Maybe...next chapter depending on how many are left.

Magnificent chapter. Very lovely drama.
So... Becky might get Shining Armor? Neat. Cadance get Cerb? Neat. So... Rainbowdash get to switch between Becky and Cerb?
Rose Trixie really got the hole truth... Ouch...
It reminds me of Legancy of Cain. The truth is far cruler than any lie. When some discovered their entire lifework a lie... They could bearly stomach the truth...
I see a lot of parables to the game series...
For example:
nicey done! a happy ending for them, they earned it after all they went through

There will be a little more information on what to expect in the last submission for the bonus chapter. However, there will be more works to come out that will be attached to this.
11064847
I told you to expect the unexpected.
That was one causality that was somewhat unavoidable. However, a causality is not the same as a fatality. There is still a chance for them to recover... assuming no other mares are able to claim Cerb as their own.
I, unfortunately, didn't have much space for those two, since they were so well adjusted to each other that they didn't have much story to tell other than they're doing fine together.
In the future though, they will have more to say and do.
11064952
Fixed.
Shining is sticking with Becky, and Cadance has taken in Cerb, along with Spitfire, Fleetfoot, Thunder Glide, and Rainbow Dash. How that is all going to play out, only time will tell.
It was kinda sad to see Trixie Rose have to go through that, but it is better for her to discover the truth. But I guess I can see some of the similarities. Either way, for Rose to find out all of those she ever knew or loved from her world died in the pursuit of what turned out to be a children's TV show and comic series would be insultingly crushing. She deserves a happy ending.

Well, some have a happy ending. Others still have some work ahead of them.

of course. and hope the pm was not too much

Just good the Author of this story is following a better canon

I’m....glad to hear there will be more down the line I gotta admit everybody seems damaged right now everyone and everypony involved needs to heal and it’ll take time especially for rarity and Fluttershy. I’m hoping they’ll get another chance at love at least with someone else or at least each other and I dearly hope their friendship with the others isn’t lost they lost their love please don’t let them loose that too. They suffered enough.
I'm honestly happy with the route you took with Lyra and Bon Bon because not only was the latter being a bitch but I also think Lyra should be paired with someone else for a change.
Fuck, Rarity and Fluttershy got the knife of reality to the back, huh? Not to say it wasn't deserved, cuz it was.
Oh, and I totally ship Zecora x Cerb.
(Aight, so after hours of sleep & a good ol shower, I now have my thoughts in order for this chapter. Always good to cleat your head so it ain't hurting later on.)
• Lyra & Bon Bon (excluding Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie) was sad to say the least. I knew that Bon's distrust of our Stranded 7 would lead us to a rocky road but seeing her being kicked out with no where to go made me feel bad for her. Can't say she didn't have it coming but it still stung. Now I just wonder what if their canonical marriage in season 9 is in jeopardy considering this story loosely follows the show.
• Trixie Rose was just one downer of a scene. I truly hope she's able to go home to her world's Chris. Imagine everything you hold dear was all just really a lie & that lie meant that you weren't real, you never existed, everything was bullshit & it was all for people's entertainment via TV & comics. I'd question life itself at that point as well.
• I at first was confused on how Ocellus made it out of her situation but the reveal of what it took to keep her alive was both incredible & downright depressing when you realize what happened. Justin is a damn hero but what he gave up to make everyone happy made my heart break when the scene between Ember, Rarity, & Shy happened.
• Speaking of Rarity & Fluttershy, What the actual fuck man?! I 100% can see why Justin did what he did now! I ask this to both of these bitches : How you gonna be this man's ride or die for everything which includes VIOLENCE because you know the kind of man he is but then when shit got too hot, you up & ran away & to do so with a damn letter to try & win him back when he needed you most was just disgusting. I love this trio but Rare & Shy were completely in the wrong here.
• The train scene between Rarity, Rainbow, & Cadance.....talk about a "you fucked up" scene right there. Rarity trying desperately to get anything, a sign from Justin that he acknowledged her presence, a smile, a look, just about anything to get his attention only to get none was just gut wrenching.
- Cadance's dominance in the whole situation while holding what was once Rarity's man in her hooves. That simple "let go of him & get out" meant business. Her remark about properly taking care of Justin in Rarity's presence was just the icing on the cake.
- Rainbow....fucking Rainbow. She put Diamond Thighs in her place like she needed. I ain't got much to add here because she already said to her face but I will say Rainbow saying that she risked her friendship with Becky had me thinking. Did she mean that she would've eventually sought after Becky in a romantic way even though Shining has pretty much got that locked down, similar to how Ember is pining after Justin & isn't gonna give a fuck who's with him after he's healed up after how Rarity & Fluttershy treated him?
• Did Zecora just bait them with potentially going after Justin? That's fucking foul but I ain't mad after the way they treated him. I think Justin got some effect on the mares because they all want his ass. 😅
Relationships are steadily breaking apart & growing stronger. Such a sad aftermath it's been though.
"I want my happy ending" Trixie Rose said.
Ain't no happy ending, it's only the day after.
15/10 chapter & I can't wait to see how this concludes.

It's gonna take some time for sure, but getting the time to heal will be an adventure in and of itself as they all have to sort things out between each other.
As for getting Rarity and Fluttershy getting another chance, that will all depend on how they want to approach Cerb in the future and try to sort things out... If Cadance will even allow them to, that is.
11065518
Lyra and Bon Bon kept giving me challenges while writing them in. They had so much going on, and even more to take into consideration when they started down different paths. As far as ending up with each other, Bon Bon fucked that up.
The arc should prove to be interesting.
11065590
Fluttershy was a bit unavoidable, given her natural weakness to seeing animals suffer. Rarity... she stuck with her wingmare, which was always her plan. Unfortunately, she didn't think things through properly for taking care of Cerb at the same time. Essentially, while not done out of malice, they broke his trust and Cerb made the choice that he did.
As for Zecora... I dunno. Can't say the mare doesn't have a shot.
11065673
The real tragedy about Bon Bon is that her prejudice towards the Stranded Seven came completely from the idea that if they were removed, Lyra would be safe from having her memories wiped. Her hate was out of love, until those feelings weren't returned as Bon Bon had wanted, and then they were too far out of sync with each other to save things.
That, and Bon Bon, nor Celestia found out about just how intimate the relationship between Lyra and Sniff became, since she never reported it. So, Lyra messed up the communication between them as well.
Neither side was perfectly right or perfectly wrong in the end, but I still side with Bon Bon taking things to far.
Trixie Rose was the last unfortunate piece of the puzzle to explain the source and purpose of The Words. Though, there still is more to explore I would think. Regardless, part of her knows that her life and everything she was brought to ruin because of The Words. The other part of her is the part that remembers doing everything The Words demanded. Both sides, in the end, forced to discover what it all really meant, and how trivial that truth made their reality appear to be.
I do enjoy a good surprise to throw my readers for a loop when I can, and all the planing it took from the moment Cerb first met Flutters and Rarity, only to find out he did in fact have magic, and the role that would play... so much work to have that little plot point play out was so rewarding.
Otherwise, Ember's parting words really hit home when you realize that she had grown to appreciate his softer loving side, seeing how it was also a source of his strength. Then to have it warped and ripped away, watching Cerb physically and emotionally suffer to save a child and ensure she would have a family to take her in, something even Ember was never so heartless as to attempt, the kind of hate she has towards those to can't be underestimated. But like she said, if not for the respect they'd earned in the past, her attitude towards them would have been much different.
Ember knows, just like Cadance and Cutter, that Fluttershy and Rarity's choices were entirely of their own. So all the good that Cerb was afraid had been too good to be true wasn't an illusion. All the heartbreak was real.
Inexperience and thinking emotionally led them down the wrong path. One could argue that Rarity was doing her best to try and save their trio by doing all she could to keep Fluttreshy stable as she could to bring her back around. At the same time, trying to convince Cerb not to keep injuring himself and focus trying to come back together.
In the end, her efforts failed, as she gave the wrong ultimatum, but when it came to convincing Cerb on his behavior changes, that was Fluttershy's strong suit, not Rarity's.
Too little, too late, and perhaps it's better Cerb didn't wake up. But from Rarity's perspective, that was her last shot to make things right.
There's no mistaking that Cadance has feelings for Cerb. Granted, many of the might be lustful impulses, but there has been a lot more she had grown to appreciate and admire about him. Particularly, the issues of dealing with her own abandonment from her parents, and now the emotional manipulation... she might need him as much as he is going to need her.
Rainbow risked her friendship with Becky by quietly/secretly supporting her friends efforts to get romantically closer with Becky's friends. That all ended with the confrontation between the two at Post War-Party Party, where Rainbow told Becky that she had no right to tell any of their friends how to feel or who they can and shouldn't watch.
Infact, maybe that's why Becky really sent Rainbow off to watch over Cerb after realizing that Cerb made the choice to leave with his two mares that bailed on him. Becky knew that Rainbow wanted to be with Cerb, but she chose to support Rarity and Fluttershy instead. So... much like Becky, they stayed single.
Zecora said it herself. Cerb embodied the traits she was searching for since she left her homeland. Not only did he accept her, he saved her and so many others. Then, on top of that, she agreed to help Fluttershy win over Cerb, but never got the chance to. That moment of trying to serve Fluttershy tea while she cried in bed was her only opportunity to own up to that agreement.
If Fluttershy was going to throw it away, then why wouldn't Zecora not want to see if she could win over a man like Cerb?
Not everything ends up the way people expect. That's life.
More on her tomorrow.
Just one short bonus chapter to help close some things out.
I know that this was supposed to be serious but visualizing this part animated & in the voices I have for these characters in my head made me chuckle like mad. That "IN THE COMICS?!" is too damn good to not be used comically.

nodded
Typos are a pain to find in chapters that huge
Mistake were made by many and everyone is screwed up mentally and physically.
It usually get worse before it becomes better.
Even if no bad guy showed up they need a long time to compensate. With Chrysalis running unckecked?
Would be actually hilarious if Chrysalis pulled a 180 and out performed Celestias best effort.
After all, mutual benefishal symbiosis is easyer to substain than acting like a Parasite...
Rarity and Flutters screwed up, yet Chris showed how many loving can be shared. This may yet payout for Cerberus and the rest.
Hm... Owlbear meat ~♤

Flutters and Rarity did make some major mistakes, but those two had vastly different dynamics in their relationships. Largely, if you look at how much control Starlight had over Chris and his choices compared to how much less Flutters and Rarity had over Cerb.
Otherwise, yeah. Chris's situation has netted him a network of loving mares and a hopeful a family to share along with them. Cerb, on the other hand, will need his time to recover.
Bear meat is tricky to cook, and certain fowl can have their own difficulties, but let's all hope they know what they're doing.
