Mostly just the character being an asshole to celestia. But, yes the “placement” of your sign, according to magic funny people, influences everything else. Beginning of January into first week of febuary is when it is rising or waxing after it is waning. But again neither I or the character take it seriously, he was just trolling celestia and I like the story he told, read it on a shirt.
I don't really see how this is more than an overpowered OC trash-talking Celestia and getting away with it because of Deus Ex Machina.
