Demm this guard is a dick
Well Put!
7700360 I hope someone "accidentally" shoots/stabs him in the leg(s).
Ugh, why is it every single human that gets sent to Equestria is a doormat bitch? And when Celestia tells him he's on Twilight's leash til he can "act in a such a manner that you won't cause confrontation with the ponies of Equestria", it basically means he needs to become a beta bitch who won't stand up for himself and bow down and accept whatever the ponies do to him.
7896793 That's so silly. What chance does he have if he acts out. He attacked a guard and your still calling him a bitch. He is in some unknown place under guard with no use how to get home, but you need him to act manly to prove himself. He did enough by stopping the guard and he wasn't even punished.
It would've been better to assume this isn't Earth. As Absurd as it may be, talking ponies are just as absurd. Would've prevented everything.
But then this chapter would've been more generic.
Mmmm... not bad. A bit generic, and the 'over-protective' Tia plot is a little overused.
I'm not disappointed that he wasn't entirely freed, but I would think that encountering an new race they would treat him like an ambassador. Because for all they know, Humanity could be right under their muzzles.
I would suggest re-writing these chapters after you've finished the plot, as to fix up some issues here and there and make it a bit less generic.
Okay, so far I'm picking up a strong vibe of 'all the Ponies are cunts'.
That guard is dead to me
as I
I suspect that this should be "visibility"
Hm I definitely can't fathom what this should be, but I'm pretty sure it is not "pairing"
they
Wanting to nitpick Celestia is a REALLY pale pink
repetition, you can replace it with "others"
remove
skip, go
pedaling, I think
Nice chapter. I liked how you had John have enough spine to not fold like a wet piece of paper in front of the princesses and speak with dignity, while also not having him come off as a jerk or needlessly confrontational. The only thing I might have done differently is John's little break down in the bathroom. The breakdown itself was fine(though I question the logic behind him failing his team), the setting of the breakdown, on the other hand... Personally, I would've had him hold off on the breakdown until night when he could just be lying in bed before the reality of his situation could hit him.
great, another ponies hate humans fic,how original. So i guess saving a princess gets you almost murdered and then imprisoned. How nice, and totally realistic.Sorry,But I'm just tired of the old cliche,i was hoping for something a bit more original and thought out than the typical "ponies hate human, human is a doormat scenario".
The royal guards in this chapter have no honor and are dicks at the same time.
Pretty sure the ponies made an act of war by imprisoning a member of the British army
That one guard was a horrible example to all equestrians, so either he joined the guard through skill or some form of nobility because; one, he treated John horribly when he didn’t deserve it as he did nothing to cause such a bad negative and two, he was to escort him so all the extra hitting was unnessary unless provoked or an escape was made.
That one guard was straight up racist and hope we don’t see him again

I like how it shows the difference in discipline between the human and a pony. Almost all the guards were way too edgy, he was unarmed and was posing no active threat, even if he is an unknown, he has no physical natural means of causing grievous bodily harm to the ponies.
Reminds me of that first scene in COD Black Ops II. Where Mason's brother (in arms) burns in their Humvee.
Surprised no one has mentioned this, but seeing as I've only noticed this now while I reread this for a bit of fun, love that doctor, I'm guessing you have watched and possibly like house, from the description and the actions, I would have noticed that before but didn't actually watch House until recently and couldn't stop watching it until I finished it.
Gotta hand it to ya, you did it well, just like the rest of this story.
