Late to the party. Tried this on the strength of Thin Blue Line. I'm liking what I'm seeing. Thumbs-up, and, when I get caught up, to be added to tracking.

(As an aside, regarding the Lance Corporal kerfuffle: USMC has that rank. They're not technically NCOs {paygrade E-3), but in the real world, combat arms being chronically short of corporals and sergeants, you see a lot of L/Cpls as Team Leaders and Tank Commanders...)
