Wow, that's one hell of an AU! I especially like that you didn't outright say it anywhere, just subtly implied it by having the characters go about their business like nothing is unusual. The appearance of Queen Chrysalis's delegate, and her marriage to Shining, is a strong reminder of what this is a sequel to, and just how much we're not in Kansas anymore. Have a like.
