I have seen some of the fan genetic theories, but I like this one better. I like that they spited the doctor. A bastard doctor told my mom not to expect my brothers to come to term, asshole was proven wrong when my brothers were born. Some doctors are just cruel.

I approve. The story is well written and the solution to Pound and Pumpkin's birth seems only a tiny bit far fetched to me. I don't mean to say that Princess Luna restoring fertility to one of her subjects isn't within belief, mind you. I'd be willing to bet that acts of compassion like you described Luna doing are common place for her. She is Princess Celestia's sister after all and therefore is naturally possessed of a generous spirit. I'm glad I read this. It was totally worth it.
