You know, I had a really hard time enjoying the admittedly well done clop here because of the use of commas to indicate stuttering. Hyphens are your friend, my friend. People don't s,s,s,stutter they st-st-stutter. Commas are pauses in the flow, not connection like hyphens are.
Being that the author's note says that you wrote this in the middle of the night and posted it unedited, whatever, just take this advice under consideration for the future or any editing passes you make on this story.

Great story. I love how eventually The Great and Powerful Trixie is begging Twilight to allow her to cum. I know this isn't a comedy but I couldn't help but laugh a little at how desperate Trixie was becoming.
