I'm always up for a good "Twilight gets ultimate power and goes evil" fic, but there's a couple of problems with this one.
First off, the conflation of chaos with evil. They're not the same thing. Discord's power source is not "all the dark thoughts", it's disorganization, disorder, disagreement, conflict, strife, and ridiculousness. None of these are bad all the time. If Twilight absorbs Discord's power she shouldn't turn dark, but chaotic. He's not Sombra.
Secondly, if Discord has changed sides, and Twilight has no more magic, why give his power to Twilight? Why not fight Tirek himself? Wouldn't he be more adept at using his own power than someone who just now acquired it, Element of Magic or not?
This would work if Discord showed Twilight how to draw power from darkness, and gave her his own power, with the idea being that they are not the same thing and that having the two together would give her the boost she needs to defeat Tirek, because Discord isn't actually strong enough to do it on his own. In which case, the combination of chaos and darkness would be very very bad. The self control that would allow Twilight to resist the darkness would be damaged by the chaos, and while chaos itself isn't necessarily evil, there's a lot of evil acts that can feed into chaos. She'd be worse than Discord, worse than Tirek, and it sounds like that's what you were going for.

Hey, thank you for your detailed review.
1) I never said that it is Discord's source of power. Discords magic should only give her a ... start up to give her the ability to collect dark magic.
2)Discord wasn't doing it himself, because he wanted Twilight to be corrupted. Which should be clear at the end. Where he "gives her purpose". I made some changes, so that it will make more sense. At least I hope.
3) Yep, Discord keeps a part of his magic to be able to protect himself. He wants Twilight to lose everything she stood for and turned her into a powerful enemy for Tia and Luna. Maybe we will see more like that, in a sequel.
