Huh, I don't recall that incident he is talking about. Also, who's daughter is that?
7609742 If I remember correctly it's when he skipped through time.
7609742 I THINK its Shining and Candance
7609866
7609742 it's actually Twilights kid. Forget exactly the fathers name.
7610079 I think I recall now, and I believe his name is Storm.
7610202 thought so but wasn't sure. I know of two different storm characters in stories. That are with Twilight
Is Tempestive the one that eventually finds out how to make a self stabilising focii without it undergoing instant destabilisation and collapse or runaway magic absorption and destructive explosion? Im sure his father would use eithe of those when required?
Maybe the temporal paradox is resolvable because tehre are so many different ways things can occur between the current moment and when the note is supposed to be from, and its been shown before that you can have two or more totally diffferen meanings even from simple sentences, and many sentences can mean the same thing.

Storm Cloud, he's a Spartan. Had an evil twin who dumped a bunch of acid clouds on some Griffons.
Hahahahaha! Ooooh man... oooh man... that end killed me XD
hehehe, nice job man! Nice job.
7614750 Flurry Heart doesn't exist in this universe. In some blogs I mention that I'm only cannon up to season 3. This will be explained later but I'm sure you can figure out what changed.

Just found this story at around 1M words. Wish me luck guys, I'm going in.
7628253 So I've seen that sort of comment before and it's starting to make me go crazy. What exactly do you mean by the plot hole in regards to the Elements of Harmony Bracelet? I think I have an idea as to what you mean, but would like to know what exactly you are referencing. (And to be more clear, I'm not mad. The last time I asked something like this the other person took it the wrong way. I just want to know if there is something that I somehow missed along the way. I don't believe there is, but I need to know).
As for most of the other things you referred to, all I can say is that I believe there are later explanations that hopefully answer whatever confusions you have. There are a few that will come up later, but that'll be awhile before that happens. By the end of this story there really shouldn't be any loose ends (with one or two exceptions as they are covered in other stories).

Regarding the Elements, we first see them in Chapter 47 when Miles breaks and remakes the Element of Magic. At this point we find out he made them way back in Terradisia for the Harmonize Project. We also learn that there are 12 elements and include elements that are brand new to the MLP lore:
So we can assume there are 6 elements outside of the Mane 6 that are currently MIA. Where are the other 6? In Chapter 82:
I think here is where I got confused. Since Miles found 6 Elements, I thought they were the missing 6, but apparently it's another set of Elements of Harmony. So there are two options: Either these are the other 6 from Miles's set or these are another set of 6 Harmony Elements and there are a set of 6 Elements that are not Harmony Elements. (I guess the others could be the rumored Elements of Discord) Either way, this find has huge implications for everyone involved.
Wouldn't Miles spend some time investigating this further? Instead the EOH fall to the wayside, are very briefly used to save Luna and then not even mentioned for around 40 chapters/half an arc at which point that start being used as a magic sword fairly often. It really seems there are points during this gap where they would/should have come into play and didn't as if they were forgotten. Not to mention Miles never telling anyone else that he now has a second set of EOH. (Which may or may not make strategic sense from his POV)
I'm still making my way through the story, so I'm sure they'll come into play again, but the double set of EOH seems like it should have been much more fleshed out at the time they were discovered and were instead pushed aside for other plot lines.
My original comment was mainly targeted at the appearance of the Demon/Damian faction that have meta level knowledge of the story. Having two groups of characters (Pinkie and friends, Damian et al) that not only break the 4th wall but influences the plot while doing so breaks the rules in a way that damages the story. It's not just a matter of quality, it's a matter of structural integrity. If you start having characters that undermine the limitations of the main characters' knowledge (i.e. about human history, demons, the Ursa Mercs) you destroy any possibility of sensible, smooth plot development and replace it with choppy, heavy handed plot progression.
7634888 Thanks for the response! I'll try to answer your concerns as best as possible, though I will trying to be vague as well (as to not spoil anything for anyone). Starting with the Elements plot line.
The other six are further ahead in the story. If I remember correctly it should be towards the beginning of third arc. But this ties into the statement about the Equestrian set of Elements. This is explained later as well (same plot point as before) but there is some foolery going on that has yet to come up. The short hand is that there are going to be three sets of Elements at one point in time. I know that's vague and unhelpful, but it is explained later on in the story.
As for Miles searching for the other set, that sort of plays into your later comment. Miles has priorities at that time and they dictate that he does certain things first. It may not come off that way with some of his actions, but it's how I thought of his character at the time. To me, it didn't make sense for him to search for more power. Yes he cared for them and would have liked them back, but he had a journey to make and a dead line to keep to. There are times when he detours, but they had more prevalence to Miles. To me, I couldn't see Miles wasting time looking for those Elements at that time.
Now to address your main issue. Damien's group and the organization he works with play a large role in explaining certain things that the story otherwise couldn't do on its own. They add a new dimension to the world that otherwise wouldn't be explored, even though they directly effect the story (and not just because the characters interact with one another). This also brings certain aspects of the lore to light as well, but that's a little less of a point to make, as there aren't a lot of moments of that happening in the main story.
I hope this helps in someway. Despite the wackiness that the story goes through from time to time, I hope this as least shows you that these aren't just random occurrences. I've had most of this story worked out for the past four years and in the end I hope that it will all tie together nicely. I hope you've enjoyed what you've read so far and thanks again for taking the time to respond.

P.S. Also, your comment was comment number 9000!!!

I disagree.
While there may be a few good Unfamiliar on the individual level, I'm looking at their species as a whole. The humans may have destroyed their home world, but at least their species survived. The humans have all but been annihilated and they deserve justice for that. The ponies may not understand this, but at the very least they should support Miles by forcing the Unfamiliar to live on a different planet.
7638588 My opinion is the opinion of a bloodthirsty American warmonger. Real with it and pass me those grenade.
Tempus...cut it out.
