Dear Nutcase4real,
Thank you very much for enjoying the story. I suppose a part of you is wondering what on earth possessed me to write something as bizarre as this? Well, if you have not yet noticed, I have another story in the works called 'Unique: Vengeance is Magic'. Unlike this story and my others, it is a lot more sensible and mature, and has a more emotional plot to it.
However, because of stupid writers creating Mary Sue-esque alicorn characters, the story didn't get as much attention as I wanted it to. I even tried to explain that in the story, alicorns were going to be as vulnerable to physical harm and diseases as any other pony character, they just had much longer lifespans (with the exception of the story's main character, my OC 'Unique', who gave up his immortality to live a normal life).
It was there and then that I decided 'you know what? fuck logic and reality and sensibility! I'm going batshit crazy on these stories!'. And that is how this story was born.
The End.

Besides, I don't really tend to think back to stuff like this. In fact, you commenting on this reminded me this still existed. I genuinely forgot about this story. XD
While I could take this down now, I think I might keep it up for a bit longer. A bad story should not always be taken down if one can look back on it and realize where they went wrong, and where they started to make changes that got them on the right path. Keep your mistakes close to you until you honestly feel you have learned from them fully, I say.

On the plus side though, you telling me that this story sucked means a lot to me. Some comments below yours I think were complimenting this fanfic, sort of? Now, I like compliments and praise for my efforts made to write and animate, but only when I feel like I really earned it. So you telling me this story was bollocks, so to speak, tells me I can rely on you to give an honest opinion were you to comment on another one of my stories.
I can take criticism. You need people in life to tell you you're doing something wrong, or that they don't agree with something you've said or done. If you go through life surrounded by folk who praise every single thing you do, you turn into an asshole, and that is something I do not want to be. I have my flaws, I'm far from perfect. But perfection begins when one acknowledges his or her imperfections and learns to accept them, embrace them even.
Sorry, I kinda have a slight philosophical mind at times, but hopefully you get what I'm trying to say. Anyways, I hope some of my other stuff will be more to your liking and tastes. Just keep in mind that if anything by me has the random tag in it, it's usually gibberish spewed out to get my fingers going. That's kinda the rule of thumb with me. XD So, if you want a decent story from me that actually had attempt and effort put into it, avoid stories tagged with Random.

5798916 Nobody gets through life creating something that doesn't get any hate. Hate is something all of us will get sooner or later. It's how you take it that matters. Whether you accept that people didn't like what you wrote, and move on from it, or you take it deeply to heart and become a changed person for it, is up to you.
You'll write bad stories, and you'll write good ones. If you write a bad story, it doesn't make you a bad writer. If you can honestly tell yourself that you put effort and your best into your stuff, and believe it, then you can do it again but even better the next time you write.
I'm sorry that your fic got a lot of hate, but perhaps you were just unfortunate to get the wrong viewers. Don't let it eat you inside though. You cannot and should not try to please everyone. Take this hate like a real human being, and rise above it. Then, calm yourself and the voices around you, and pick up the pen and paper, and write a new story.
You're not a bad writer unless you purposefully try to be one. I doubt you try to be a bad one.

5803017 Hey, I'm not the best writer you'll find on this site. Hell, I'm not even the best animator either. I'm pretty much another Brony in the fandom. But I'm a good listener time to time, and I like to help other folk out there any way I can, however I can.
You gotta remember that writing isn't just an art, it's a pastime. It's a special skill that we as a species don't think much of. There are people out there in the world who would probably give anything to learn how to write. We sometimes take the little things such as writing for granted, and that is how we get lazy story-tellers.
When you write a paragraph, and you put as much effort and heart and emotion into that lone paragraph, you write something that speaks volumes more than any rushed terrible piece of literature work. Just have confidence in your writing abilities, and put your best into each word you write. Say your sentences out loud until they begin to sound right. Read other stories and learn new ways to form sentences and present scenes properly. And more importantly, remember to have fun writing. Because if you have fun writing a story and bringing an imaginary world to life through words, the people who read your tales will have fun reciting every word you've written for them, down to the last letter.
