Scootaloo is in high school in Equestria Girls, as is Rainbow Dash. While this doesn't give us precise ages for them, in this story, Scootaloo is 14 and Rainbow Dash is 18. It's far enough to be questionable, but not so far as to be inconceivable, as it would be in the 9 to 19 comparison from the main canon.

They're still in high school. That gives them a minimum age of 14, at the absolute youngest they can possibly be. Well above the threshold for lolicon/foalcon. The fact that they're visibly post-pubescent carries this through as well.

I really like the way these stories are continuing to explore the connections between the human world and Equestria. I'm wondering if Sunset Shimmer might get abducted by the government for being an extra-dimensional being at some point. Nice work, as usual.
