I had gone to the store for a round of shopping, like I do most days. Either for my private use, or for the Café. This time I stumbled across something unexpected, a line of cans, marked Canned Companion. That would be odd, but uncharacteristically hilarious.

On second thought, I picked up a can with a pink label on it. The can is too small for a real Companion, but what do I know of these things? It is the first time I saw these oddities, anyway.

I ended up paying for the little can as I left the store, I couldn’t just take it and not pay for it. What would the owner of the store think? Not that it was all that expensive. It is no fun to have your merchandise stolen, I couldn’t have that.

Of course, once I got home I placed it on the desk, in my room where I keep all my belongings. I did open it, just a few days later, following the instructions to the letter, naturally. It is why I bought it, to enjoy the product, so I followed the instructions in order to get what I had expected.

Yet, what am I to expect from a product like this? A canned Companion.

A slave is born in the desolate lands of Waste; a continent far displaced from Equestria. He has nothing to live for, no one to love. Follow Pyro, a young pony searching for his place in a world he doesn't understand. He'll meet new friends, find new strength, even get caught up in a war from a different world, and, above all else, inspire tales of The Wasteland Wanderer.

This is my first fanfic, so please, be gentle. This story is a part of a bigger project of mine called "The War, Eternity," so anything that doesn't seem to make sense will eventually. The story will progress in "arcs," each arc involving an important time period in Pyro's life, so be prepared for time gaps. So, without further ado, I present to you "Tales of The Wasteland Wanderer." Enjoy!

This story takes place 40 years after the Crystal Empire's return, everything after the Crystal Empire episode is not cannon in this story.

Five friends are sent to Equinox to save the world from a catastrophe that not even the gods could stop, these five friends turned warriors are the final hope for Equinox and all of its inhabitants.

Also said 'Sex' tag is on it due to... certain things happening, but nothing will happen past a few references and such.

For those who might be wondering, my chapters will always start in the main character's (the focus of that chapter) point of view unless said otherwise.

The characters are;
(Revealed in Chapter 1) Imperial Gold is a displaced as a combination of Thyron, Sword of Truth and the Bandit from Risk of Rain, and turned into an anthro pony.
(Revealed in Chapter 2) Wither and Star are displaced as Xenoraptors which are cyber dragons and turned into anthros, but their main physical appearance is their armor, but these two are organic (not robotic).
(Revealed in Chapter 3) Chrome is displaced as the Miner from Risk of Rain combined with a Stalwart from the Broken Lords (faction) from Endless Legend and he is a Diamond-Dog spirit bound to armor.
(will be revealed in Chapter 4) Stro-hall is displaced as a combination of a Samurai from Black and White Bushido and an assassin from Assassins Creed and then turned into an anthro griffin.

For those who don't like how this story feels rushed and has lots of errors and so forth I can explain, I am writing this as a project for one of my classes and since I have two weeks (including this week) of school left.

I need to have a suit for tomorrow, since it is Halloween. Only I haven't anything yet, not as much as an idea, and the feelings creeped me out.

Then a friend told me she had a spare suit I could use, for this big event. She was to present it, later in the night. I just had to wear it overnight, she had told me, and I promised to.

Now, this was a bad move, since this isn't just a suit, and Halloween isn't just a Holliday, if you know what I mean?

The coming day, I woke up, but it isn't me, it is the character I had been given for the day, or it is what she told me, but?

Nightmare has been defeated and wanders the Verses for a new host but instead finds her lost elder sister Tempest Flare the most powerful of the Three Royal Pony sisters and the middle filly in the birth order. As she finds out more about me and my soul I find out I can hop dimensions through my dreams and that I control Destiny itself in all Verses. When we return to my home Verse I find we both have to go to Equis to help Luna and Tia defeat a threat that once was thought long dead. I'm going to need all my newfound power to make sure that this thing never returns.

In this story you are going to read about everything I think that is great about this two universes and how I think that both could work together since they have certain similarities (characters, adventures), I do love that for example in Soul Eater every adventure is not what it looks like, and how in MLP they can still improve themselves and be better.
Previous knowledge of MLP is needed but the Soul Eater universe will suffer changes and I will explain everything inside.

Pinkie Pie had found me the perfect collar and handed it over to me. Naturally I had asked her since I knew she would only sell the best, whatever she sold.

I wanted an awesome pet, but could think of only one available; so I asked Fluttershy, who agreed. Why ask any pony else; only Fluttershy could be that awesome pet, for me.

I placed the collar around her neck; and together we observed and experienced her changes, into my very own pet. This is a very special moment in a Pony's life, and I did not want to ruin it.

A new establishment had opened next door to Berry Punches bar. I could ignore it, but the services were just too alluring.

I had gone to look closer. What I found sure is a shock, but it isn't repulsing me.
